hi mate yeah used the kit lens, when shooting 35mm if possible shoot it at 60fps and add a bit of stabe ni resolve, should do the trick. for 24p the heavier your rig the better itll help combat the micro jitters.
One of the best pieces of adivce I came across when shooting video is to use the camera strap for stability. Put it over your head and then stretch out your arms with your elbows tucked in, so that there is tension on the strap (against your neck) and shoot like that. It makes even hand holding prime lenses that are not stabilized usable.

so good dang, how do you barley have any shakiness doing hand held shots? whenever I try it with my 35mm lens its way too shaky to use handheld
