I took a screen shot of that frame, opened it in a photo editor, cut him out, added a stroke around him, saved as a transparent PNG, brought it back into the video editor. PicsArt or PixelLab should be able to do this.

KineMaster has a masking feature. You can do this for sure with KineMaster, you just need to find the masking tool.

It’s the same process. However, detailed masking like that is better done on a computer.
