The centipede could treachouresly sneek a sting on the fleshy part of the fish. Unless that centipede had been de-fang or whatever treatment had been made to it to become harmless.

I think that tank is way to small for that arowana they need a minimum 100 gallons and that looks like a 55 gallon at most. Regardless its way to small for him
