You must have already noticed the chain guide is fixed in opposite direction, Reason: When I purchased the new chain guide from authorized service a technician advised me to try this. I thought no harm in trying it for a week. No difference was observed with that and now the guide is back to it's original place. Really Sorry for missing out this point in the video. Service centre people said that I will have to replace the whole chain and sprocket set which will cost me around 4.5k including labour charges. I checked my sprockets which were absolutely fine. But thank God and thanks to you that I has already saw this video and thought of changing the chain guide. And guess what? Problem: my RTR 200 is only 10 months old and now a days I don't drive it every day as I get cab for my office. My service center people have changed the battery and the regulator a couple of times. But now they are putting the blame on me saying I need to run it every day, or else this will happen. Hi Sportztourer, I have been observing abnormal sound on my RTR 200 specifically at around 6000-6500 RPM, Find the source to be relating with either chain or sprocket( at drive end ). This issue is just noise, i feel no vibration of any sorts and same is observed when swing arm stretches(i.e if shock absorber compresses). I have ruled out Chain slack/ Overtightness and chain tensioner is balanced on either sides. Have you observed this on your RTR, whats your opnion on this ?

Bro last week only I removed that chain guide from my rtr 200 because it was wearing my chain and making tuk tuk sound while moving the bike I informed the service centre but they are helpless then my self I removed that chain guide now there is no wearing seen my chain and no sound also is it alright to ride without chain guide .. even though I commented in yur previous video but I didn't get tat response of that queries. You can try motul 10w30 semi synthetic oil. Motul 5100 Technosynthese.

Chain guide retains the chain and help to guide it through tension. I would suggest you to replace the old one with a new one.
