Yes, absolutely!! I get the sense that she is a bit more into color and different patterns than he is for sure.
Me too! I think Aurelio needs to ease up on Miyumi and be more accepting of her tastes. I think her choices were very cute and would still work well in the lair despite what he thinks. Allowing her things only at her apartment isn't a real compromise.

Target has black skull candles that when burned drip red ...you might want to pick some up . I will be keeping my eyes peeled for them the next time I am in Target

I noticed the trend of having 1 cool dish towel and 2 plain ones. Luckily I have an embroidery machine so I can add my own cool spooky designs to the plain ones!

I think you can get her some more of those "bonito" items! If you're gonna marry her then you should get her some things she loves :) You can always compromise and give her a plastic bin or closet/drawers to put them in so you don't have to see them and she can still have and enjoy them!

I only use to see Jade The Libra and Voltaire do this Halloween hauls and Halloween report situations. But now, I see a LOT of them and you could tell some of them are doing it because it seems to be the trend nowadays. It's good that the halloween fever is spreading but I still love my OG icons, the vampire and the witch, for making halloween look cool.🧡🖤💜🖤

I was feeling really sad but this video cheered me right up. I don't watch many Halloween haul videos because I'm trying to reduce the amount of stuff in my small apartment, instead of buying more, but Voltaire's videos are so fun! Mayumi and Voltaire are so sweet and adorable 💜🖤💜

I discovered Voltaire first through his music and then when I found his gothic homemaking stuff I was hooked to find someone else like me - I got this small mirror with a skull print on the inside for halloween a long time ago and I kept it as decor forever - I love seeing others do the same and more! Keep up the spooky work
That tea set looked lovely. I'm a sucker for a teapot with that particular shape, and the pumpkin theme was adorable.
If you happen to wander into a Target at all, in the dollar section there's a bunch of cheap snags currently. One thing that caught my eye was a bottle that actually did have a removable cork, but also had a light in the bottom, which might be too much of a hassle to work around for actual use.

Ngl I'm really glad Mayumi is here, I love how her personality meshes with Voltaire's, she does seem a bit awkward in front of the camera but it works really well with everything else and they are just absolutely adorable together

Looking forward to Pottery Barn. They always have nice stuff. That is really true about couples and their decor aesthetics. I describe my boyfriend's as grad student who never bothered to unpack, and I am junior high haunted house. Who knows what we will end up with when we finally find an apartment!

I think that the reason for the designed towel being with the plain ones is that the person buying them can use the designed one for special occasions and use the plain ones for every day use 🎃
I like the subtle towels so you don’t have to show intense halloween theme, but I understand that you want something more on aesthetic.

This was so enjoyable! I became a little disenchanted this year as you said too many people jumping on the "Halloween Hauls". I enjoy your's and Jade's a rare few others as well who have been spooky/goth for years on here. Now it's just very "need to have" competitive people & resellers, although I do enjoy wandering the store aisles I am very particular in what I choose as well. Looking forward to Part 2!

A cozy night in, next to a skeleton lantern and a poison apple martini, watching horror films. Also yes the Skull throw blanket does look like an Alexander McQueen pattern. That was fun!! I just got your cushion - orange moon with bats and I love it! I’ve added to my Voltaire collection: face mask/ gloves and globulin. My favorite is Candy Claws book and plush.. everything is excellent quality and colors are saturated. So if anyone is looking for nice gothic cushions they definitely need to get yours!

Halloween was postponed at my local Michael's due to lack of truck drivers to bring the shipments. I also noticed many other stores had very little and were delayed too.
I love that athome's bottles have a top that's removable and easy to fix back. I have a couple ideas for it to store notes.

You have to remember, in Mexico El Dia de Muertos is not only about skulls, Skeletons, and the dead. It's about life after death and it's COLORFUL! So yes, Yumi is going to be traditional with Halloween.

15:45 same with my husband and I. Hes a "normie" as they say and likes minimalistic geometric modern look which works out for me with coffin shapes, bats, matte black, and grey shades. But as I've learned how to work around it from watching this channel for awhile, that you can take a lot of basic things, get creative, and make it gothic. We definitely comprise but have fun with it :)
