    As an insurance salesman this is a problem I face. So often I find people are hanging onto the phone willing to talk but I assume cause they say ‘I have insurance don’t need any’ or just say ‘no’ but are still on the phone willing to communicate with me, but I hear no and shut down. Big mistake
