Thank you Jennifer for your video . Love the sound of the Butcher bird along with bird song in general. Bit late to the party but notification from TH-cam seems to be hit and miss at times. How very sweet to have a child's first stitches on show, quiet encouragement. Loved seeing your pieces of work again, mean lazy daisy 😂 . Sorry to hear about your family's health, I will keep Hayley in my thoughts and prayers. Sending positive and hopeful thoughts across the miles.

Love your stitching. Just received your new book in the mail today. Have another one coming later today. I have been doing hand embroidery since I was 9 yrs. old. I also quilt, needlepoint, crochet and counted cross stitch, but hand work has always been my favorite thing to do, crazy quilting is one of my favorites also.

Such beautiful samples of your creativity. 💖 I would love to teach my little grands (8, 6 , 4) to embroider. I can’t quite figure out how. I can’t remember how my grandmother taught me or how young I was. I simply remember loving it and am forever grateful. 💖💖💖
Yes, I am grateful to my grandmother too. When I taught my children, grandchildren and at schools I keep it really simple and I DON’T use a pattern for them to follow. Give it a go.

there is one method most on here do and that is frayed edges. it is not me.I really would like to see someone go completely different and take us on the trip as well.
Maybe you should find your own path - I do both - but, perhaps, people rely too much on others to show them how! I am self taught - thank goodness 😊
Why don't you take pictures of those fabrics that are gloriously beautiful and photo print them onto newer fabric?

Oh, golly! Your birds have wondrous calls. I felt a thrill. 🪺 I learned recently that owls mate really early in the spring. Really early. In my hemisphere, we’re close to the end of summer. Temperatures are still quite high and it’s jungle humid here. Wisconsin, probably more known for 🐄 🐄 and winter snow (ice-fishing, snow mobiles, frozen tundra and all that). ⛄️ I like what you’ve made; all of it. I like your videos a lot because they’re short enough to suit me. Circular logic? 💜💜💜
Aussie birds are quite something! Yes, I prefer short videos - I just don’t have that amount of time to video and chat! 🥰🥰🥰
