hi, lore nut here, the third lamb is called that because it was the third thing sacrificed by the untouched inuisitor in his pursuit of cleansing the dome of light of all its "sin" the first lamb was the congregation itself which became the ghosts you see everywhere the second lamb was the lady of light essentially the saintess of the dome and the third lamb was the lady of lights pet hippogriff which used to fly around and protect people on their way to the dome seeking worship of devara
This game and the sequel should get a lot more recognition. It's not everyday you find a 2D Souls game that plays straight into every single aspect of the Souls genre.
@@Doctorolivercook Need I remind you S&Sacrifice has PvP? 😂 And it is very much active, there's always hosts to assist and hosts to invade, and this is where the sequel shines best. One of the big things Dark Souls 1-3 have, that Elden Ring and S&Sanctuary don't, but S&Sacrifice does, is FACTIONS, and the only problem with them is they copied covenants straight, 1:1, which leads to the same problem: other than buying one set of armor and 3 weapons to represent the faction, there is no further incentive, like consumables, to engage too much with each faction. Unique throwing pots and buff cloths would be at least something to improve that. But I can get the point that Sanctuary is a better single player experience (with the sheer amount of bosses and giant weapons), Sacrifice is a better multiplayer experience, and in that discussion, to each their own 😂
Funnily enough there are two hammers that you could have used that would have made your run a little easier. Both the harmen mace (class 2) and the tetruncheon (class 4) have the extra blades hidden modifier, changing their damage to be 50% strike and 50% slash. They obviously do less raw damage than the mountain breaker, but would have been handy alternatives against the bosses that had high strike defense.
Now I had seen somewhere that the tetruncheon was really good. Didn't give it a shot obviously, but I read the extra blades made it arguably the best hammer. Ill have to try it out in my free time to see if I like it better.
Protip for tree of men, you get s for climbing platforms, helts to not have to keep swapping sides for phase 3, you can also go to the ziggurat of dust and get the dash ive found the red hall is a crossroads to pick your difficulty which does vary based on your build, even if the enemies in the ziggurat are usually harder than the red hall theres not really a "correct" path
It's also nice that the ziggurate really doesn't have much you have to fight. At least not on the way to the dried king. Only issue would be getting past dome of the forgotten. Third lamb gives me a heck of a time on certain runs.
The real trick to Unspeakable Deep is learning how to control him. If he wanders into the corner, just sprint to the other side, dodge under his jump attack, and go to town.
Run idea, elemental focus, use only one element for damage, i did these myself before they updated the game a year or two ago so it was easier to maximize elemental damage bjt now weapons with elemental damage scale with both their stats instead of the elemental damage scaling with magic or faith. You could do mage or thrown weapons to do "pure" elemental damage but it feels a bit to restrictive to do things that way to me

In summary untouched Inquisitor is a top tier thug

Absolutely blown away to see this pop up in my feed. Used to spend hours on this game and the Dishwasher series.
Dishwasher mentioned rah

Golden Wine will be your friend in these runs. Also the Backlogs as a much better wiki for this game than others.
Excited for you to do bloodless prince with magic only, try that spell that does all the lightning strikes, you won’t be disappointed. 💪😎

@@SheenShots third lamb is definitely a dps check, with some tricky dodge windows

You got me watching your backlogs ❤
I think the only reason the bosses are resistant to Blunt is because you'd probably kill them in one hit if they weren't.
nice work
Waiting for the great hammers... Obsidian pillar I think it is called?
Correct: Obsidian Pillar is the highest scaling Great Hammer.
Thank you
