For some clarification, this theory works off of the information provided from duel Proccess' theory. This newer interpretation of the lore really stood out to me in how all the pieces feel like they fall into place. So when you hear concepts like cassidy is CC or Michael is vengefull spirit, it comes from that interpretation of the lore
I told people FNaF World was gonna be important to the story, no one listened. And now we're to a point where the credits music of the newest game is a remix of a FNaF World track. Also the existence of Princess Quest, Happiest Day, UCN, and all the weird arcade stuff in SB. And finally people are taking all these "references" and "coincidences" seriously. Thank you!
Yeah, fnaf world is such a unique piece of the chapter. But I think it's one of the most important. It was the bridging piece into sister location, which I'm sure was at the point where Scott was more sure of the direction the series was taking, not to mention how often fnaf world appears, like the rainbow in the books and movie!
@@AudaciousAntics Frankly, I see FNaF World and Sister Location as a pair, along with the first novel trilogy, in a point in the timeline I like to call The Great Rewrite. Essentially, the story was originally just as percieved: psycho Freddy's worker makes five kids go missing, shutting down the original restaurant, FNaF 2 happens and they try to rebrand, the same thing happens, Phone Guy(Fritz Smith btw) gets fired and then rehired in a lower position, leading to the first game: robots are still haunted, Phone Guy is already gone, and Mike Schmidt keeps coming back because He's broke idk, psycho gets springlocked in the suit they used to lure the kids for karmic justice and gets locked behind a wall. 30 years pass, the brand is down the tubes, Springtrap is found and fails for nights on end to get to some frat bro, then gets torched with the attraction, puppet(random drive by hit) frees the souls, happy ending. And FNaF 4 originally served to explain The Bite of '87, and you didn't have to look as deep. But then The Great Rewrite happened and Scott knew he was gonna take the Sci-fi angle. Remnant, Afton Family, Henry, Michael, all that happened and we got a pretty complete story. And for as convoluted as it is now, I've been with it since the start, and I'd like to see how they end the next chapter. Thanks for reading the whole thing, that's some real dedication there! Have a g'night!
@alexcole9325 Always here to read and respond. But I do feel similarly, fnaf world to me serves as the starting point to fnaf being morphed into its grander story as I'm sure Scott had been approached or something similar by this point to turn the series into a full brand. And I still love it as I did back when it first came out! Nothing like silly bear game! Good night!
Honestly, I’ve been growing tired of most of the old theories and I was hesitant to mull through this at first, but I love this fresh perspective and read on World.
Nightmarionne's Code... He says if you beat the games and get his code he can help you. I've been saying his code is probably used for UCN, And thats why his face is plastered on the front. If william beat the game in that case couldn't he use the code to come back?
Yeah you're right Nightmarionne is plastered everywhere, not only is he the poster child in ucn but they're literally in your face anytime he's selected for the night. And with him being an update 2 character, I wonder how much could be explored with this. It's hard to bring everything up with how many details are in all these games it's easy to slip over what could be important pieces, for instance in the baobab tree room, if you look down from the railing you'll notice a fallen and broken glamrock freddy statue scattered on the floor, something I didn't notice until after I made the video
@@AudaciousAntics and is steve snodgrass's soul trapped in a game himself? It would actually kinda make sense, if he died making a game he fuses with it. And if a higher quality game can exist within an 8bit game and be hell... the help wanted 2 protagonist goes 3 layers deep too (mask, princess quest, claw machine)
@@AudaciousAntics the thing thats weird is he dies again, is baby a game character trying to come to life? I mean theres plushies of her and ennard, is vanessa the real world elizabeth? Maybe Steve didn't get the whole story right, or its just slightly different so characters can still be alive 🤷♂️
Between this, and the FNAF 4 bullies suddenly having relevance and all being people, and the Sammy-TOYSHK theory....I'm starting to get serious Blackfootferret vibes. He was saying this stuff years ago
I personally wouldn't use update 2's content as evidence for any lore in FNAF. FNAF World is a very abstract game but nothing in Update 2 really feels like it was meant to be taken seriously and was just a teaser for Sister Location. Desk Man is also clearly just Scott imo and not Henry nor William But overall great video!
Yeah update 2 is an interesting situation, and I could see people's disinterest in adding it into the timeline. Many videos claiming it to be a glorified ad. However that would put it into the same boat as fnaf world update 1. Where people just write it off. Personally with how often update 2 items show up in current day fnaf like the rainbow in the movie and books. Or the parrallels I brought up of Steve Snoddgrass. I do believe there is more importanct to this title than what was originally believed. And I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
This makes the “I always come back” a little more digestible. One of Fnaf’s greatest weaknesses is the fact that it tells good and interesting stories, but only if you view them from the right perspective, which no single person has.
I think FNAF has a story that will never be fully linear always leading to interpretations, so I do think the only way to truly enjoy it is to find the ones you enjoy. Cause as it stands there is a lot that we will probably never get straight answers to, but thats also why if you can't find the story you like, you should create it cause many others are going to be in the same boat as you!

@@AudaciousAnticsI firmly believe that if you force all the big theorists into a house and tell them they have to coexist until they solve Fnaf, then they could do it. @emperorvader283 yeah, I feel like there are alot of perspectives and I think it becomes damaging when people get to connected to their own interpretation. Such as mine for instance, one problem I ran into after the upload is realizing the Steve snoddgrass was hired to make the games which would have most likely been after fnaf 6, so that immediately creates an issue and if I didn't acknowledge it, it would create issues in trying to discover a true timeline. People need to realize that no interpretation will be 100% but that doesnt mean an entire theory needs to be written off or that the games need to be blamed for having retcons. It just means there is more to work on and if people could come together to discuss these things without getting defensive on where their story is weaker than we would probably have come to alot more discoveries altogether.
@@AudaciousAntics I was specifically targeting John with that because he just cannot see the bigger picture, and his theory on the Fnaf 3 protagonist is just wrong and he refuses to acknowledge it.
Personally, I believe that all the games prior to SB are all in-universe games. This would include Baby, making the video game designer the creator of Baby as a character. This would also make the entirety of the FNaF storyline through FNaF 6 those games. There was never a "William Afton", at least not the way we think. It's all a series of games, with the Mimic doing what it does best: mimicking. It was put in the VR game to make things more realistic, and that's what it's doing. What's more realistic than making it real?
I think that the games could've been a bit more abstract, im under the belief that the game designer started losing his mind as he made games and then was merked as fazbears had what they needed
11:59 Those are stage curtains, not a tree trunk. The server rooms are connected via the backstage catwalks. The mask is taking the backstage name literally and showing Cassie the back of stage curtains.
Even though they may be stage curtains, that doesn't mean that the structure as a whole doesn't resemble the tree, the branches and leafy looking top definitely make the structure look like a tree and paired with the waterfalls from the top of it, it definitely gives off some artificial nature vibes. I dont think it is as much about what it is but more of what it represents. As I went back to that room and noticed that when you look down from the railing you find a shattered freddy statue, so I think there is still alot to the room. It just feels too important to write anything off because the fact you cant take your mask off means, well, something
I always loved Fnaf World. I wish more people enjoyed it. I always thought that it was just fun, I love Action Rpgs, so i was so happy when it became free. Sadly I had till wait until 2024 to get a Pc so I can play it, and I now have many hours on it.

Yeah, I've seen alot of people make these comparisons, after my pizzaplex analysis series I plan to delve into the world of the vanni network and take a shot at explaining what's going on
I have been thinking about a connection between fnaf world and security breach since the ruin dlc, because most of the mechanics in the ar worls that are not related to M.X.E.S. are very similar to things you do in fnaf world, mostly related to the glitch world
In the AR world you can walk through objects, teleport to completely different locations of the plex, the glitchy portals in the maze uper area of monty golf that reminds me of the portals in the first layer of the glitch world in fnaf world, the server room area and the secret are in the monty golf labyrinth that looked as if you went even deeper into the AR world. The AR world also has many fantasy like elements that are akin to fnaf world making me and everyone I have seen reacting to the AR world feel like it was a nicer version of the real world, in the AR world you can also hear children's voices coming from the wet floor sign robots and if I'm not mistaken you can also hear it from the white lines floating about indicating that there's probably something super natural about it.
Golden Freddy manifested FNAF World as a purgatorial dimension, a safe haven for lost souls, whom now believe they are animatronics. The 8-bit minigames throughout the series are being played on haunted arcade machines, serving as windows to Golden Freddy's purgatory. Sometimes it depicts a past event and sometimes the player is helping guide a spirit towards a goal. This purgatory has layers, with the topmost layer overlapping reality. Descending the layers brings you to Old Man Consequences, whom I believe is FoxyBro. That is his penance for the prank he pulled. I honestly can't imagine who else it would be, if it is meant to be anyone from the previous games. I know most people will disagree with me and cite the books and Steel Wool games, but I only care about the context of when the game was made and how it relates to the previous games.
That's an interesting take, but limiting yourself by the game and what came before it kinda hinders what you can do. It is commonly known that 1-4 were built game by game to correct past mistakes and add onto the story. But Fnaf World is interesting because it is a bridge between the self contained stories of 1-4 to when Scott had realized the bigger scope the games were going with sister location and the books. And then with all of the references we are still getting from the games that link back to fnaf world, it brings up the question of has anyone even solved this title? Like do we have all the pieces of this puzzle or is there more to be unveiled. Again you've got a good theory, but I hope you'd find yourself more open to what could be!
Wouldn’t Steve had made the in universe FNAF games after FNAF 6? That’s what the HW tapes and the story imply so idk why you said he made the arcade games in Pizza Sim. Also the baobab tree you pointed out isn’t a tree, it’s a curtain. That big round room is actually Rockstar Row (where the animatronics rooms are) and one of the level 10 security doors would’ve led to a backstage area before it was cut from the game. There is a baobab tree above the final door in PQ 1 & 4 however.
Yeah, I guess that's right about Steve. He woulda had to have made the games before fazbear entertainment was an llc. As far as I know I don't think there's anything supporting that. So I'd need to explore more, so thank you for bringing it up. And even if it were a curtain, there Is no denying that the way it looks resembles a baobab tree, and after making the theory I went back to the area and realized that if you look down from the railing you'll see a shattered giant freddy statue, so idk there's definitely more to that room than what's been discussed
3:07 and how exactly does that excerpt confirm that "fnaf world is a 100% canon"? don't get me wrong, I love fnaf world, but seriously that excerpt literally says the opposite
Well I can't play the whole excerpt but if you go and listen to it, Scott talks about how he wishes he didn't make fnaf world a cannon game. Wishing he held off for a better time to make it. That wish to not have made the game cannon, means that is was made cannon despite how he felt about it later
@@AudaciousAntics I have listened to the entire interview a few months ago, I must come back to it then, I do remember what you're talking about but just barely, and not what his point was. Though I didn't get the same impression as you did back when I listened to it, but like I said, I will refresh my memory
Glad to see this much passion for the game regardless! Watching the characters on the posters change one by one was one of the moet exciting events I've witnessed as a kid, I remember running back home from my backyard around the afternoon to see if the new character dropped! It was such an exciting mystery to me
Yes there is! And alot of people believe it to be the stand in for the baobab tree in the Books. Which interestingly enough if you look down from the guardrails in the baobab room you'll see pieces of a huge broken freddy statue, which I almost want to say could be the same one in the basement!
This could be wrong, but wasn't Eleanor trapped in a bad memory at the end of Fazbear Frights? The Baby we see in FNAF World appears after it's creator kills himself. A bad memory. A bad memory where it's creator regrets creating it. It makes sense. Why would Eleanor have a bad memory? Maybe that's the only bad memory she has. It's creator ending his own life because of her. Which also explains why he kills himself. He realises what kind of monster Eleanor/Baby is, so in regret he ends his own life. As far as we know it can't be William or Henry, who are both still alive as of FFPS. So, what if it isn't our Baby, what if it isn't Elizabeth. What if it's Eleanor instead. That also explains the Baby plushies in Security Breach and Ruin. She's in the system trying to escape. Just like Glitchtrap. That's also why she was teased in Fury's Rage. She might have escaped with the help of Vanny. As far as we know though, she's still trapped in the bad memory, for now. I think things from FNAF World are leaking into the "real world". The Mimic has already escaped. Who knows what else might.
@kevinahm3773 Its definitely possible, burntrap like many other parts of the lore has many possibilities that work depending on your perceived set of events!
I greatly enjoyed this video, and hope you keep putting out theory videos in the future. However, I disagree with the idea that the Indy developer had any role in any game before help wanted. I think it’s more likely that the silver eyes trilogy, sister location, and fanf world were all planned around the same time, so the person Baby kills is Henry (or it’s a suicide), more like what happened in the books (Henry killed by an animatronic iirc). Of course it conflicts with Henry being alive in pizzeria sim, but I think that’s because Scott changed his mind between when he wrote fnaf world and PS. For your theory to work (without assuming SW is playing fast and loose with retcons), it requires that Scott had a plan for the story including PS , UCN, and past UCN Into the steel wool games (and the tales from the pizzaplex books) when he was writing fnaf world and sister location. That seems incredibly unlikely to me, because up to this point nearly each new game was an after thought. He didn’t have a plan for 4 until after 3 was written, and he didn’t plan on the story of SL and fnaf world until after 4 was released. I just don’t think the programmer in the book or the programmer in the steel wool games had even been thought up when fnaf world was released. I could be wrong about when fnaf world was written, but even still I don’t think it’s likely that elements of help wanted or the pizzaplex series were thought of early enough to appear in any game up to and including UCN.
Yeah I do understand the fnaf world is really early in the timeline so it might make my theory less likely but I do believe a formal plan had been constructed around the time of the game as the books had to have been planned around fnaf 4 to release nearly along side sister location. We also know steel wool had to take all the games anyway to build the lore off of what already exists, hence why we have an indie developer in the first place to confirm cannon will be wonky. So even if fnaf world wasn't planned to the extent at conception, I believe steel wool retroactively made that link between the characters either intentionally or not. But seeing that both game devs are Scott lookalikes, I like to believe this to be a purposeful choice. Especially considering we don't get much information on Steve's fake wife In the book but alot of her traits stood out to me as elenor, the baby book stand in, creating that parrallel of baby in update 2 killing the dev

And even if it were a curtain, there Is no denying that the way it looks resembles a baobab tree, and after making the theory I went back to the area and realized that if you look down from the railing you'll see a shattered giant freddy statue, so idk there's definitely more to that room than what's been discussed
8:11 I swear to god if you say Scott is a clone I'm going to cry.
Lucky for you that was not the point of the video
interesting take. btw youre so underrated
Thank you for saying that. Hopefully one day I'll get discovered!
I like how all these comments try to correct you as if we CONFIRMED everything in the past games. We don't know shit about this franchise.
Yeah, everyone's got their own headcannon, I briefly talk about it in my other fnaf video before this one lol
Wow, the FNAF lore has become EVEN weirder. Realism is no longer a thing in this franchise...
Yep, when faz goo's in town no one is safe
Now i just need fuhnaff to see this theory!
It was such an exciting mystery to me
and I will always remember fnaf world fondly
and I will always remember fnaf world fondly
Isnt there a Giant Freddy head in Security Breach?? Like in the basement?
Maybe, im honestly not well versed in the books. I know the bigger beats but I have yet to get past the original trilogy. It's just so hard to read
I think the part of william that was inside of glitchtrap became Burntrap.
@kevinahm3773 Its definitely possible, burntrap like many other parts of the lore has many possibilities that work depending on your perceived set of events!
Aye shout out to our new Fnaf Moms Dur Process ive watched that video like 12 times im.not even kidding
Clocking in over 2 hours you've watched more than a days worth of content 😂. Understandable, their theory was incredible
4:28 oh no..... i know where this is going😭😭😭😭
Me when I can see where things are going

Also I'm so glad you enjoyed the video!
If tjoc is canon now why not fnaf world
Where does anything say tjoc is canon
@@02wc27 there are arcade machines with ignited Freddy and Bonnie on them in security breach
Yep EVERYTHING is cannon
Loved the video but next time dont include anything like at 0:22 .
I make no promises, I gotta keep people on their toes

Thank you!
yaaay agreeee
Glad you agree
If this is supposed to make me like the mimic, it’s not working it makes me dislike it even more
I'm not trying to make you like him, I'm just making a theory to entertain those who do. Sorry for your distaste
I have been saying that fnaf world is important since hw and even more so sb ruin! You literally go to the flipside in ruin!
There is alot that hasn't been said about the vanni mask
