He was one of the best directors and human being in Malayalam film industry, who had humble beginnings doing mimicry (like Jayaram) and rose to fame directing comedy movies. I respected Vivek sir before, now I respect him so much more, hearing accounts from many of his co-actors, about his kindness and respect towards other actors. Unfortunately Vivek sir is not with us anymore (R.I.P. God calls back good people soon). He was one of the best comedians and human being ever. Us Malayalees respected amd loved Vivek sir and saw him as a talented comedy actor equivalent to Jagathy sir and Innocent sir (R.I.P.) in Malayalam films. I used to like Vadivelu comedy, but hate Vadivelu now (after seeing many interviews of his co-actors talking about their bad experiences working with him) and so hereafter I won't see any of his comedy scenes.
