One of the better designs I've seen. I like that not every bedroom has it's own toilet and bath. As an American, I find that sort of design a bit much. Just more things to clean. Just the master bedroom having it's own is good enough. I like the balcony of this particular house because you aren't staring at a house. The view is of a park or a park like area. The pool is also great. I doubt I'd ever get used to the heat of the Philippines. Having a way stay cool is a key point for me.

I want to share a comment just for some improvements in the future. Maybe maam Belle you can work on your pronunciation just to make it clearer and the camera man can take some video clips of the part of the house to insert in each section of video clip that maam Belle said. Please take this in a positive way. Btw I'm an aspiring engineer who loves to watch house tours and I found this video interesting.

Overall not bad for the price.
Air con is provided only to the master bedroom but not other bedrooms. At least wall openings should be provided for the installation of window ac units by the buyer. No provision of oven or dish washer in the kitchen.

And the spacious balcony so breathtaking... This house is perfect with a high ceiling in the living room... Thought it can be renovated 😉

This is very affordable for a corner lot of its size. The textures and colour palette used are warm but light that gives off that "home sweet home" vibes. The flow of the house arrangements are well thought and beautifully executed. It has huge potential for modifications that can upscale the vibe and can add more personalised touch.

Masterbed bathroom is a bit small for 10mil tag price, his and her sink, large shower and separate toilet bowl is a must. Quality accent materials are good though.

About time naman na may house tour outside Manila. Mas spacious at mas na co-cover ung mga house sale sa province para sa mga buyers na prefer bumili ng bahay outside the City. Meron din ako nakita video sa Cebu naman ung location na tino-tour niya. Atleast hindi nauulit at nagsasabay ung home tour unlike sa Ibang established na youtube channel na house tour eh after ma feature sa isang vlog ng house next day or so nasa ibang channel na naman at fini-feature ulit ng iba.
Advice lang sa host, no harm intended po. Since siya yung mukha ng channel na ito. More practice sa pag hosting, more practice sa pronounciation at diction. If di naman kailangan Mag salita ng English eh mag stick nalang sa tagalog.
Di kasi pleasant sa mga viewers pag pilit at trying hard.( knowing mga Pilipino sobrang judgemental at perferctionist sa English) You can put subtitle nalang para sa mga non-fililipino viewers. Kailangan lang eh mag create ung host ng sarili niyang identity at uniqueness para din makatulong sa Company nila.
Pero Good job naman sa effort ng host na i execute ng maayos ang buong tour.
