Very nice! i like that it's a corner property. i just don't understand why the powder room when there's a bathroom in the first bedroom. also, the daily kitchen and pantry are taking up too much space; livingroom could use more space. last, i'd have a rooftop garden. i don't understand in the Philippines why they don't design properties with decent outdoor yard; they'd prefer to cover every inch of the property with concrete which acts as a sink for heat. Cheers! Looking to retire in the Philippines so, still looking.
Btw if you really lived overseas you'd know na malalaki cut ng lots nila kaya may space for front and back yards. Mga small lots sa congested cities wala ding yard sa states and japan

Look beautiful but impractical design. The two bedrooms upstair are next to each other with no bathrooms. The only bathroom is across the family room area. One would have to walk across the family area every morning and evening to wash up. Who'd want to do that. The master bedroom is elongated. The master bathroom feel claustrophic. If would seem more space could be alocated from the MBR for the walk-in closet and larger bathroom area with space for lady of the house to do make up. There's no walkway along the pool. You'd have walk through inside of the house to get from one end to the other unless you swim. Very inconvenience. Of course, that's just my observation.
