Little Nellie is a cork saint ,bought up in the good shepard convent in Sundays well in cork she received the eucharistic by a miracle ,it came from the chalice to her mouth

In September 2022, I realised my fathers cousin, sister Cecilia Taylor would be be approaching her hundred birthday or maybe had passed it, so I thought I’d like to meet her before she passed away, but alas I had no idea what order she belonged to, I asked a nun in my local convent if she knew her but she didn’t, so I threw the towel in so to speak, anyway I had an internist in Little Nellie wonderful story, so I went into TH-cam to see if there was anything about her, the first video was a Nun from Corks good shepherds convent narrating her story, there also a piano being played in the background, low and behold when the camera panned to the pianist guess who it was ! Yes it was Sister Cecilia, alas on the 4th of October sister Cecilia passed away, I didn’t get to meet her, I love Little Nellie, hopefully someday she’ll be canonised . ✝️☘️🙏🕊

Many cures are attributed to her ,we used to visit her grave almost every week on our walk to Fitzgerald Park as children ,beautiful nuns they were ,not all clergy or nuns were abusive ,most of ireland would nt be educated ,even read or write ,may they rest in peace we know of a girl cured of scoliosis after her mum bought her to Nellie,s grave ,

Just like little nellie I was born in hospital Run by a convent at that time my aunti was in same convent her name was Damacena and I have been christening in the little chapel that was inside the hospital that was a convent my aunt she alsowas a nurse
