    So long as the market is even or a buyer’s market I don’t see it being a problem, sellers will play ball (there will be those that won’t, but will be a minority). Whenever we see another major seller’s market, buyers will be left holding the buyer’s agent bill. Low income and first time home buyers will be impacted the most.

    Realtors are leaches of the RE world. Specifically buyers agents. They bring little value to the transaction. I had a better experience after i dropped my buyer agent. The agent was more worried about the commission when they should of been worried about finding me the right house. "I know it has a foundation issue but we really should drop the inspection contingency and go above ask" That was the final straw for me.

      Solid feedback. Sounds like you had a bad experience with a hack. I see those types of "professionals" exiting stage right and not returning.

      @@dustinowen1191 As someone who is in the industry, the buyers agent didn't make sense for me, I read through purchase and sale agreements everyday. I do understand, they can provide value to say, a first time home buyer. For me, they were weakening my offers.
