    Nothing is really new, except how the idea is disseminated. Great guest! A hard working salt of the earth guy who is not trying to reinvent the wheel, he’s just trying to make it easier for everybody else to understand how to succeed in this crazy business! One of my favorite guests by far on your podcast! Thank you!!

    I clicked this episode on accident and then I saw Justin! Grew up with his brother and everything he's saying is 100% true about his upbringing. Crazy seeing him on here.

    Do you plan on creating an episode for those Mlos who are also realtors? Would really love to hear the differences between both fields from others being that I am in the same boat.

    I have to say “you will never close 30 loans a month looking at tax returns”, is a lie. My mentor closed 120mil in 2021, without a team, completely solo. He did this for YEARS

    • @justinlopatin
      @justinlopatin ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You're right, it can definitely be done but let me clarify: you will be working an unhealthy amount of hours. The trick to this business is growing your volume and income without a significant increase in working hours.

    • @bryantmateus
      @bryantmateus ปีที่แล้ว

      Completely solo? lol 😆 Doubtful. And if he truly did this amount of volume solo and without a team, he was living a very unhealthy lifestyle. The takeaway here is to use leverage in order to scale and to maintain a healthy life balance.

    • @blakebriscoe8073
