Paul, going back awhile now, and you'd never get them now. Dalson used to make a blanks for these locks, and I'm pretty sure it was numbered D212. Any way that's irrelevant. Make yourself another key from the 1/4" projection blank, but leave a shoulder on the key as a stop. The key MUST have a shoulder to push the core inward before it can turn the core and shackle together. File the head back to allow the key and the core to move forward enough BEFORE you try turning. That blank will be strong enough. Hope the projection blank is wide enough to allow for a shoulder! Regards, Brian.

I was going to take the head back to allow for the full push of the core/shackle but didn't think the integrity of the altered blank would survive the rotational torque. I see where you are coming from with the shoulder aspect and is an option i will try. I have been informed that after market steel blanks are available that require very little work to make an operational key. Will go that route for cosmetic appeal but will go with your thoughts as a proof of concept. Thanks for your valuable input:-)
Very cool Lockwood's. Mittens wants to be in the GAW. On the Yale push key, the Yale catalog lists them as the number 3 1/2. I have one with an aftermarket Yale key 1.30 mm thick. 30.15 mm from tip to end of core with 3.27 mm more to the key bow. It's 7.38 mm tall. The key slope leading edge is 45 degrees. I haven't found any Yale push key blanks lately.
A little too late I suspect, but the blank you are looking for is the Ilco 1239 steel. Don't try turning until the shackle pushes up when you push the key in.
