living in the philippines they don't have flea markets but we do have "japan surplus". Picked up a canon prima super 28v and a yashica L for around 12euro .... It's a crapshoot but sometimes you get lucky.
I wish we had thrift stores here in Germany but they are super rare and mainly for second-hand clothing. Is Japan Surplus kind of a thrift store where you can buy second hand gear?

I picked up 2 batteries for around 8 bucks so it was still a decent deal I think. I just love the fact that you can have these messages printed on the photos. I can't wait to test that out :D

@@davidvongries yes it's all used. Everything from furniture to bicycles ,tools , toys. You never know what you will find...

Oh always the whole DDR cameras. The canon for 12 € is but a really good bargain. The batteries are but really strange probably also really expensive.
