Why don't you have any weather reporters in Mount Pleasant , South Carolina especially near Shem Creek which is a major tourist attraction?

It has been a tropical storm the whole time. It was never a hurricane.

Yes, just like with Chris. It was boarder line so they fudged it to up their tropical count.

And there's more tropical disturbances moving through the Caribbean right now this could be a very bad year. Luckily there's no climate change

Hurricane is "The God of Storms" from the language of a tribe predating the Maya in Central America. These storms were strong enough to earn godhood many centuries ago.

So; to summarize, it has rained a lot but not an historic amount and there hasn't really been any real damage so far but if it rains a lot more there could be some flooding.

These " news outlets " have to hype up the headlines to sell ad space, an egregious conflict of interest.

@timfremstad3434 been thru them in eastern n.c. when the sound comes up 8' above it's normal level, it's not pretty. ( yes, 8 feet above normal) . Mathew, here was a rain event. Our entire block was flooded. I had 2' of water in my bottom floor. The woodshed out back had 32" of water in it. My neighbor went to move his truck and the water was up to the door handles. Yes, f250 6.0. People are getting hit really hard. Show some compassion. Look up the Ash Wednesday Storm. That was just a North Easter.
