Most traditional Pentecostals know next to nothing about church history even their own.

There is much much more than that to the history of this movement, but that was an interesting summary in such a brief blip of time. Amazing that he was able to pull that one off. Thanks.

Are you for, or against these beliefs? Either way, thank you for the history lesson.

That was not the purpose of this video. It would be difficult to do an expose in seven minutes.

Yes, and many Assembly of God churches have hardly any members that have the experience any more. They also are more like a traditional Baptist church (Which isn't necessarily bad) rather than a Pentecostal church. I know because I was a member back in the 1960s and at other times when they still had the fire. They are not Pentecostal anymore.

AOG should have stayed with the COGIC they would still have the FIRE

@@holydance4330 Do you think so? Hardly. COGIC began as a holiness movement before they became Pentecostal. Their roots were in holiness. Today they are having problems with homosexuals, and all kinds of perversions. It is sad. Revival is needed everywhere.

@@louisaccardi2268 They are a holiness/ pentecostal church to this day , they still preach against sin Israel had its problems with sinners in the camp,JESUS had his problems with disciples backsliding, the Apostles had their share of sin in the churches ...but we keep on fighting the good fight of faith...my comment was really about the AOC being comatose no fire very subdued unlike COGIC
