This guy is doing what is missing in Nashville. His songwriting is what sets him apart from really anyone right now. His songwriting skills and being able to paint a vivid and clear picture in your head is amazing. I would encourage everyone to listen to every one of his songs just to see how talented he is.

Mr. Felker is a true "artist". I'm a fan of many song writers but nobody does it quite like him. The way he vocally paints the characters and stories is unmatched by any other. You listen to him sing and he almost drags you into the scene in a sense. I wish they could all settle any issues they have and get back to work for their fans!
Nashville country is dark, dumb, and overly commercial. The Nashville corporate parasites ruin good music. Let musicians be artists and let the listeners decide what's good and what isn't.

I don’t even like country, but I love Turnpike Troubadours. Your auras and lyrics transcend space and time. Nashville music may as well be called Hollywood music...it has no soul, no truth, it’s plastic...it’s all about smoke and money! Keep making life worth living Turnpike Troubadours...we love you!
