Don Henley is a musical icon. Love his voice and all the music he’s given us.
Enjoy it while you can, he'll have it blocked soon
@@ashrach18 Ha ha, so true. But will always love his golden voice. 🥰
90's country classic rock, Trisha yearwood and Don Henley what a reunion tribute
Wow. They still sound great together after all these years. Those voices! 👏👏♥️♥️
Don Henley was my first concert when I was about 14.... 35 years later I love him just as much. Pure icon in my eyes.
One of my favorite songwriters (End of The Innocence is one of my top 5 albums of all time...he's a brilliant writer) and one of my favorite female voices...Trisha sounds a beautiful as ever. The clarity, and that little cry in her voice...a signature sound no one else has. This was always one of my favorites of her many wonderful songs...brings me back to one of the best times in Country music, and just nostalgic, overall, to me. Beautiful.
What a song!!! Might have heard versions of this song thousands of times! Every time it makes you shed a tear. And then Don….!
That’s Mr Henley!
Boy - this duet was the the Best. Mature vocals and seamless harmonies with a seasoned cadence = Perfection❣️ Ty.
Beautiful thank you so very much ❤
Wow…her live version outshines her official video version and he is amazing. They are terrific together.."
I saw Don Henley in Dublin some years ago.Solo concert. He was fantastic. Very respectful toward his audience and gave great joy.
Hi Jane💐💐
Beautiful song! Trisha and Don. Wow! Brings back memories. 🎶🎵🎶 Great video from Austin City Limits!
Absolutely great song! We all need more Trisha and Don!
Trisha's voice hasn't changed. Usually the quality diminishes with age, but not hers.
Neither of them
@@autk True!
So true
Because she didn't achieve fame on vocal acrobatics, which often don't last. Her beautiful tone and emotional delivery of lyrics was what made (and still makes) Trisha special.
@@JayDee-gi3og Yes, so true!
This instantly transported me back to 92' and all the emotions & feelings came with it...
1980/81 😢
Omg YES! I played this over and over in my car…I fell for a “walkaway Joe” decades ago….young love…infatuation…heartbreak…young and so trusting. What a story this tells…
Trisha and Don - will you guys PLEASE record together? This performance was pure magic!
That’s what the original recording from the 90s is
He sang this on her recording when it originally came out. But yes, a whole album would be fantastic!!
And their voices still sound AMAZING! ❤
Hi Onieta 💐💐
A beautiful song always ❤ and yes getting Don Henley to sing with her is amazing.
Love Don Henley and Eagles are the best there is
Hi Julia💐💐
Don Henley is an absolute genius. As is Trisha. Amazing ACL entry.
Joanie darling just wanted to tell you that your beautiful!
I saw Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks in Saskatoon SK in June 2016. It was amazing and worth the trip to see them together. My parents made the trip with me. My dad went to the concert with me. It was so sweet.
My wonderful parents made this happen so I could see this concert.
Saw them a month later in Winnipeg…her voice is absolutely amazing!
@@corrinafrench7709 you are right Trisha Yearwood s voice is incredible and so sweet.
Saw them in NYC. Have seen them both separately in the UK.
Trisha has just as powerful of a voice as another of the other 90s country divas, but the difference is Trisha didn’t try to hit a big dramatic note each and every song. She relied on tone, emotion, and interpretation of the lyrics. The result is a voice just as strong at 59 as it was at 29
Don Henley is an American Icon !
Memories! 90’s country was loaded with fabulous talent. This is my favorite song from Trisha’s Hearts in Armor album. Trisha and Don are magnificent. Loved hearing them live, sounds just as great as the record. Blessings to you both!
Angels walk among us! Two legends! Amazing!
Beautiful song! Beautiful voices! Don is such a gentlemen ❤
Don Henley…. Simply the best♥️
Love them both. Have followed Trishas' career from the beginning and Walk Away Joe and How Do I Live Without You are my two favorite Trisha Yearwood songs. ❤❤❤
Probably my favorite Trisha Yearwood song, and it never gets old. Don Henley still has the pipes, and the two of them together equals music magic. Absolutely timeless!!!
This preformince takes me all the way back to 92 Trisha and Don sound absolutely amazing together ps ya'll need to stop hating on Trisha she's always been beautiful and has made a wonderful life for herself being who she is not what the industry or society wanted her to be that's why her fans love her if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all ❤
Thank you. She is beautiful.
Absolutely Beautiful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"stop hating non Trisha"...??? what are you talking about? no one is.
@jessstone7486 read the comments theres no need for people to judge her appearance or spread their hateful opinions about her
Love Don Henley too.
My wife and I saw Don Henley in the candlelight at Chastain Park Amphitheater in 2004. It was a very special night...
Thanks for your service. The Biggest Brother is a good read about the 101st in Normandy and Richard Winters.
@@leeriterii2128 Thank you! I'll definitely check the book out, There's a small museum at Fort Campbell that honors Major Winters. We should all strive to be as brave and competent as he was.
On our dress green uniform when I was with the 101st we carried the Normandy Battle Ribbon along with the rest of the ribbons and metals each of us earned. It was an honor to carry that battle ribbon above all else. I'll never forget that...
My favorite Trisha song! Love Don Henley too! What a great duet.
Don Henley is an absolute blessing. My favorite artist ever, even named my cat Henley. His voice is pure, raw and genuine. Even at his age his voice is still beautiful. One of the greatest talents ever. Love you Don ❤
Totally agree.
Man this brings back memories
Don Henley is the only artist I see every time he comes around to our neck of the woods….which is not often enough. I think 4 times in the last 15+ years. They sound in perfect harmony together, as always…beautiful.
Perfection. Just like Vince and Don. The harmony!!
I agree on both counts. I don't know who's idea it was for Vince to add harmony to the chorus of Don's hit "The Boys of Summer" when the Eagles perform it live, but that was a genius move. There was no harmony on the original recording. If I HAD to find a flaw with the song, that would be it.
@@saradollins5142 Can you imagine being Vince Gill and being asked to tour with the Eagles? I imagine it took him 0.0001 seconds to say HELL YES!
My wife and I saw them in concert a few years ago. Glenn had passed, but his son was amazing filling his role. Even my wife (who isn't a huge fan) said "Oh my God, he even looks like him at that age." And the harmonies from Vince were amazing.
About halfway in, Vince asked the audience if they had time for one hillbilly song and then played an amazing version of Don't Let Our Love Start Slippin' Away with the Eagles harmonies. It sounded like it should always have been played with them.
Two of the best voices you will ever hear. Probably my two favorite vocalists.
So beautiful, their voices are perfect together. Takes me back years, I loved this song from first hearing it.
Don Henley is my favorite singer/song writer. He lived in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles in the early 1970's when I lived there too. How I wished he was my neighbor at the time!
Very proud that a Lady from "My Hometown" (which is a Huge Star in her own right) shares the stage with The Lead Singer and Co-Founder of my ALLTIME favorite Group...The Eagles.
Trisha looks awesome and sounds amazing as ever. As does Don Henley. Cannot believe some people are responding to her appearing being pregnant in her leopard dress. That dress with the leopard pattern isn't flattering on camera... no matter whose wearing it, unless they're extremely thin. Trisha's lost alot of weight, & will be 60 in Sept. Can't believe people look for the negative so much still. There's more than enough of the negative STORIES with our ongoing daily Newsmedia.
❤ 😍 ❤
Most haters will hate, she’s beautiful and her voice is priceless as is Don’s
She's gorgeous in anything and that VOICE!!! 🤍🎶
Two beautiful voices. Love this!!!❤❤❤
Hi Mary💐💐
Din Henley makes ANY song better. Trisha is one of my fav singers. Her voice always gives me CHILLS. Both together~~ just Wow, so nice!!❤️❤️❤️
My life is complete! Finally a Live version of this iconic song!
Great music, amazing vocals and band !
Two perfectly compatible voices that sound as good as the first time!
Two of my favorites. Great voices
Hi Joanna 💐💐
One of the best duets of all time!
🔥🔥🔥One of my all time favorites 🔥🔥🔥
Wow so many rude comments . I guess some people werent listening to them sing and hadnt looked in a mirror for a while.
Yeah its amazing, isnt it? They can all sing and look fab. Oh wait, who the heck are they? Most hide behind a screen name,
Opinions are like armpits.. everybody has them and they usually stink......
I went through all the comments, not one rude at all
We just went back in time.
Very true…..for these 3 minutes or so, you get transported to a musical heaven, cut off from your surroundings. I always end up with moisture in my eyes.
Man! 2 of my faves and that was GREAT! Their voices sounded amazing together!
Hi Patty💐💐
Great to hear this Song again grate Voice Thrisha Yearwood and Don Henley first time saw this song was on MT USA on TV with the late Vincent Hanley Sean from Ireland 🇮🇪

They sound great, always loved this song ❤
I love this a lot. Do Henly is really a icon, great to see him in this video.
So good. Just so damned good. Wow.
Great song, amazing artists. Also cool to see my guy Lloyd Maines on pedal steel. Been a fan of his since I first saw him play with Jerry Jeff at Gruene Hall around 1990.
Love this country singers voice. Sounds as good as ever. ❤
They are perfect together ❤️❤️
Hi Janet💐💐
Classic country music
Love this song. Saw him in concert at his Building the Perfect Beast tour.
They should make an album!
Well I just fell in love with that song again
Oh. My. I love this so much ‼️ 💙
Hi Cathy💐💐
Love this song. The two of them together make it even better
Loved Austin City Limits way back then, still as good as it was then ❤
That smile on her face when he starts to sing….💕
Excellent.💙
Wow! Just wow! Don took it to another level!
Two of my favorite vocalists.
These two are incredible together!
The only thing better would have been if Matthew McCoughnahay (sp?) would have been there because he played the boy in the music video. This was at the very start of his career.
All I could see was Matthew’s little baby face from the video while listening to the performance. He was (and is) precious! 🥰
Don is in a league of his own...👍🏻👍🏻
Love them together they sound so good! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Broke my hip & had to have surgery so I’m listening to to all my great music. We have a stray cat & we named him walk away Joe.
This isnt a song I listen to anymore i feel it. Local boy Don and gorgeous Trisha helped me with this song.
Always loved loved loved this song
Did y’all notice In original MTV video Matthew McConoughey was her walk away Joe
Don Henley is a legend!
Perfect! Love them both! ❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻
This is the kind of music that will last long after we're all gone they'll be playing this music 100 years from now
A lot of beautiful energy on that stage… 🙏🏻

I❤ this song so much. ...brilliant
Trisha is forever my favorite❤❤❤❤
Hi Barb💐💐
"Another piece of history is becoming apparent here."
Hi Don.Please come to Australia.
Trisha Yearwood is one of the most beautiful country singers out there. 😊❤😊🎉
The two of them just nailed it ❤
Love them together so much!
I love her and him… she sings the song the way it was on the album and he doesn’t venture off either
from 1992 to 2024 thy sound just like they did in '92 on the album it's amazing.
I would have loved to be there for this live performance ❤
Wow, would ya look at that. Just 2 talented, older people singing real country music, with no auto-tune, no damn laser show, no dancers, or any other bullshit that people call country music these days.
❤.... beautiful voices....❤
They still have the magic 🪄
