An astounding performance by Frances. But, the Cello solo mid-way through, sent shivers up my spine. It was deep, emotional & really added an extra layer of sentiment. A very beautiful song, sung beautifully.

This song went through my head as my relationship with my now ex-wife was spiralling downwards. The chorus summed it all up. I was behaving appallingly and I expect “You must love me” was what she was saying in heart. Eight years divorced now though we are friends as we conceived to wonderful children.
I'm amazed how close to twins her daughter Eliza Doolittle and her look at the same ages...and that I never heard of Frances Ruffelle all this time *_*
So beautiful! I really love this song, even though it is lyrically simple. Frances portrays the emotion so well! She's a wonderful singer. Brought me to tears. (And the cello was beautiful too)

the vocal range of the role is outrageous, as much as I love Frances, I don't think she'd get the high A's in A New Argentina and Rainbow High
@C Rees agreed with Juan, she doesn't have the range and this is a pretty subpar performance.
