gosh i remember watching this all of the time as a young teen and it was so inspiring for me… i didn’t end up achieving my dream of being a professional ballerina for a multitude of reasons but this video still never fails to make me smile… so nostalgic
Wow her isolations! Oh my God. She's amazing. Every little movement is so perfect. She moves with so much fluidity and her face is so expressive. Perfection
Ballet is not about sparkles and tutu's...it's about power, strength, grace, and athleticism. Best of all it's about displaying pure passion through movement. This video sums it up perfectly I think.
Agreed, i would just and the word just. sparkles and tutus bring a dimension to the other factors as well. those influences may not always be essential to the expression being offered, but sometimes they enhance it as well, yes?

She is the reason why I began ballett. The queen of the ballet szene. Polina is one of the most talented dancers, I have ever seen in my whole life. She is inspiring, perfect in every single move and all of her choreos are full of feelings. I am a huge fan of her.
