We used to have a gingerbread house party every year before Christmas. It was mostly all the women of the family and friends. My sister baked all the gingerbread pieces and we all pitched in for the sugar for the royal icing. Each person would bring candy so we had a very good variety. We all had so much fun. And we got very creative. I would always put mine in a large basket bag. And it would be the centerpiece on our dining table. The children couldn’t wait to be able to eat it 😊
