Eventually, you see the station erupting behind them and as the shuttle flies away from the station a lone clown looks out a shuttle window back at the station and sees the band playing on while the station explodes or something. The final note would be synced with the station explosion.
the clown is shown to have a deep and emotional friendship with the whole gang of goons. the clown realizes that the gang didn't make it on the shuttle. the clown looks out the window to see the station explode, debris and fire flying across the starlit horizon, as a single tear begins to stream down his face. he looks down, knowing what has happened to his friends. but, just as the clown is about to pay respects, from the blackness of space, a gleam of light. the clown looks up. he focuses. a piece of debris is headed straight for the shuttle window! the clown starts panicking, but he pays further attention... that's not debris. those are 4 the goons, still snapping their fingers, hanging onto each other, headed straight to the shuttle right before the shuttle goes warp-speed.
Reminds me of the time I took a picture of the captain walking around in cargo, Then I used a photocopier (And the entire station paper supply) to make about 120 copies of this picture which I spread around cargo soon opening the Captain Art Galary. Which I packed up into a crate for evac and as I began spreading them again the captain takes a flamethrower to my crate destroying every copy of the photo except the one in my bag. I cried the rest of the way to CentCom.
Fuck it, a bunch of characters appear in various timings, including main characters, in between various events occurring is what you MUST imagine during this godsend.
One of my favorite parts of SS13 is that there are no main characters. Just a bunch of goofy people who are the main characters of their own wacky stories, trying to make it by and get up to antics.

A jazz band playing music on a space diner as a party goes on, people just trying to be happy for once, all clashing with the connotations SS13 has with it, such as murderous raving lunatics, stealthy serial killers, terrorists, aliens, and whatever else the heavens could possibly throw at us.
