For the Colossus and the Frost Miner, be sure to go full range. For the Drake, one or two range (two is better especially for the first times) and damage or cooldown with the extra space (cooldown is better). Full range is also totally viable. For Legion, don't use the rapid repeater upgrade like me and instead take one range, AoE and cooldown/damage Keep this setup for the pulsating tumors because it's super useful to hit both Herald and the mirror, Legionnaire and its skull or even the Broodmother and the goliaths. For the Blood-Drunk Miner, one range and two cooldown or full damage will be enough (but one range will allow you to outrange him) Go full damage for bubblegum and be sure to ALWAYS move (But honestly the crusher is better against Bubblegum) For Hierophant and Wendigo it doesn't matter as long as your character is in a good mood (because you want to move quickly) But honestly it's up to you. Range is always good because you will get more time to react to bullets and you usually want to be as far as possible from the bosses. But against basic fauna it's useless One damage upgrade is meh while one cooldown can make the difference, so take cooldown when you have extra space (but full damage is good) AoE upgrades are okay but I'm not a fan, even for mining since plasma cutters are a thing Rapid repeater is garbage
I will always have respect for the miners that can kill them all the time without breaking a sweat, because playing bullet hell in a grid game is not fun at all.
I find it very fun. But I've done it all this point and the coders and general crew hate miners and their gear. I'd rather every single boss get replaced with brand new ones but give the same trophies and maybe a cool new item and none of the loot work off lavaland.
As a man with 500 hours of mining. I want to take my time back, Megafauna is not fun, loot - yes. I am fuckin tired of killin Bubsie in 7 minutes after roundstart.
The funniest thing about fighting the Blood Drunk is that you don't even need to kite him. if you kill enough goliaths to fully max out your suit and hood armor with their plates, you can just pop a lux pen and stand perfetly still, as long as you have upgrades to the PKA as well
Legion still a bit of a bore... never got around to reworking him. Very cool video and I loved the songs you chose. I've heard there's some new megafauna being added so looks like you'll have to make a new video of them soon :P
Thank you. To be honest beating Legion could have been a lot faster with a cooldown upgrade instead of the thing that makes you spam unless you miss (I totally forgot the name of the upgrade sorry), because the AoE is not considered a well placed shot. It might be a good idea yeah! Also I could add the one I missed like the Xenomorph Queen or the Leaper. Thanks again.
Virgin PKA: Range focus, dinky little knife when the fauna inevitably gets in your face, need to rely on sci to research upgrades and just print them from machine. You also can only have like 4 at most. Useless on station. CHAD CRUSHER: Melee focus, axe mf who get in your face, blast them with the funny ball and smack them for BIG DAMAGE, get upgrades from the corpses of your enemies earned through righteous battle, have one of every upgrade on it, no limiter. Robust weapon on station as it is on lavaland. Fun fact: the blast effect works on space dragons.

kill the demonic frost miner to obtain the ice talisman trophy, freezes the wendigo in place, you can chain it to prevent it from moving, ridiculously overpowered if you have trouble with the projectile attacks you can use the style meter upgrade to deflect them
Aside from the clockwork defender, which isn't even a boss, the easiest are the heirophant (lots of telegraphing and sightlines) and blood drunk miner (low health and predictability), also non player controlled elites. The middleground would be most of the player controlled elites (slow, really need to get a massive hit in to down a lux-penned miner) and the ash drake (tanky, but easy to outlast if you prepare) Hard would be player controlled heralds (LOTS of firepower, can wreck players at point blank with the mirror), legion, bubblegum, and colossus. Legion and bubblegum are hard but doable, but with server lag, colossus' bolts practically teleport. I personally think legion is the easier of the big 3 since prepared miners seem to have an easy time dividing and conquering. Wendigo is weird, think colossus but faster and with a knockback aura. I think it'd be easier than colossus in a private server since you can easily kite it when it's not shooting, but you know how colossus bolts are Meanwhile, frost miner is Oops All Colossus Bolts! but with even harder patterns, giving him a similar name to the blood drunk miner was a sick joke and whoever coded him should have horrible things done to his mailbox.
Apart from the achievements, each boss will grant loot when killed. Usually it's armor and weapons. There is no reward for killing every bosses on Lavaland but if you kill them on Icemoon during the same shift (except for The Last Ash Drake), you will be able to craft the Godslayer Armor.

Bubblegum because mentally disabled miner interrupts your battle and dies and bubblegum eats them and regens to full
