- Higher score than this is for sure possible, but Makoto's range of damage is the biggest difference in this Challenge Battle (at least with this strat). A drastically higher score (within the turn limit) would require some diff strategy.
- Metatron in this Challenge Battle drains Phys, so that's why God's Hand wasn't tried
- Using Makoto for damage does more than Joker with M-Izanagi + Rage (High Score wise)
- Using Atomic Flare on shocked Beelzebub does more than Thunder Reign + Forget (after reading all the books in Jinbocho)
- Mafreidyne on Odin/Thor/Valkyrie does more than Atomic Flare-ing each one (cuz of # of Baton Passes)
- Accessories (during an alarm): Inferno (Mada), Atomic Flare (Fafnir), Thunder Reign (Ishtar)

That's Metatron, one of the highest archangels. He was a real pain in the neck in Nocturne.

And Fire of Sinai was a heavy almighty attack that could hit more than once that Metatron used.

good video man, this challenge battles have so much potential wasted because Atlus makes them just a bunch of Sandbag mobs, I was expecting to find some super bosses when they announce this feature, when I saw the P3 and p4 heroes I was expecting something like dds and fight their party members but oh well.
Yea, the Challenge Fights weren't ever gonna be that hard at max level cuz you can start them at any point, but trying to get certain High Scores can be fun
@@bainz I had so much fun tinkering with my line-ups for each challenge to try getting the highest scores possible. I’ve managed to meet all the requirements for all but the Level 99 versions of Starry Night and Foggy Day.
Edit: finally got the Level 99 Makoto and Yu challenge requirements a while back. Makoto is definitely the toughest of them due to his resistances to Bless (with Bless attacks being his challenges’s multiplier...)
Hearing Metatron in pain when attacking him always made me feel a little bad. He was one of my Persona. But it's easy to get over because the shadows you fight are not with you.
That battle was just sick! The Metatron at the end be like "FIRE OF SINAI".
Would love to know Raoul's skills set for this battle, it was cool as hell.

An interesting idea would have been to put Samael, Mada, Surt, Mot, Albion, Skadi, Alciel, the 3 archangels and someone more.
And remember, no reasons, only freedom or real demons.

I'm back and if you see this, I'm here with maybe the potential for a build. I just discovered a glitch that works with thanatos, having him at the start of battle gives you repel magic and physical. And you can renew it I think by pressing down on the directional buttons . Ok, maybe not a build, but I thought it was so op I had to share
I had no idea that after hitting a technical on a burned enemy they still retain their burn that's crazy. Critting with Sumire isn't even necessary now plus you can rack up chip damage too. And were the stun gun and molotov cocktails guaranteed statuses every time or was this just perfect RNG lol? Great run especially that really high roll on Beelz
It may be based on the Personas luck stat, but I think the status items have a high chance

Getting max sp would be one of the first things I would do in my Arsene only re run (pretty much lost my first run due to ps4 problems) but I didn't back then and I think I wont do it now during my run

I’m on my 2nd ever play-through on (1st on NG+) and although I bought the DLC during my 1st run, I decided to use the DLC persona’s yet because they are just ridiculously OP’d. But I might just do so now for these challenge battles.

you need the persona trait "vitality of the tree" which lets you use ambush-only skills on the persona with the trait, attis has it

They might, IMO, but it certainly wouldn't be an easy task.
@@steam-powereddolphin5449 Exactly. Demons are surprisingly similar to Shadows, iirc, since they both are cognitive beings at the end of the day. The one advantage demons have, however, is that they are not locked to just the cognitive space they come from, but instead can also exist in the material world

I wonder, Is Sumire any good? I’ve heard she was kinda pointless this far In the game.
Kinda she’s mostly based on bless attacks with a focus of criticals and physicals she’s not bad to use but if you effectively used the Jazz Jin every character including Akechi despite him being temporary in your party would out pace her stat wise and their third tier traits and skills are much more useful particularly Ryuji Ann and Makoto which give gives a party wide Charge, Concentrate and hits all enemies with debilitate all at once I’d say Yusuke as well but the party wide heat riser move Hyakku Ryouran can be replicated through Orpheus using Neo Cadenza which does the same thing while also healing the party by 50% of their health

I saw one time where the whole party had 999HP and SP, is that a hack or can you do that? I know you can increase goros stats but can you increase the others, I only have OG and don't know too much bout royal
Tony Maldonado It’s certainly possible but that would take a lot of play throughs especially for the 999 SP. Getting Joker to 999HP and SP can be done in one play through by going to the gym and temple multiple times and then after that, you never have to worry about it again. For everyone else however, reaching 999 HP isn’t too bad but maxing SP would probably take 2 play throughs per individual member if you also work on confidants. If you skip the maxing the of all your confidants, maybe less time but to me, I feel it’s better to play through enough times to teach Arms and Spell master skill at Jazz club and equip them with the Victory Cup accessory.

That's cool, anyways ok I get it now, if I get the game sometime I doubt I'd max out all the character stats (especially if I don't like them), Ive also seen the other party members stats go to the 80s and 90s at max level, In OG they don't go that high, is that normal or is there a method? I promise this is my last question for now
In merciless attacks with weak aliment deal more damage than easy. do the same challenge with easy difficulty, it won't be as easy.
