Very Nicely Renovated! Looks comfortable. Great amount of space.
Although the going rate it seems for a lot fee in most parks is $600.00 it is too much $$ for many people to afford if they can't pay for the home in full and have to carry a mortgage/loan as well. In addition, you can always raise your lot fees which is hard on most.
It's better to put this on your OWN land, but good luck with that 😂. Like you said they can raise your lot rent and that would suck.
Nice size living room. Patio space & carport are very nice.
I can't imagine moving to florida! The weather which will only get progressively worse, the crazy govenor, cost of insurance, sinkholes, ect need I go on?
Omg really crazy govenor, then your probably brainwashed and u probably live in NYC, NJ CA, Illinois, or one of the nut job blue states, don't move here we don't want any wacko liberal Democrats here in FL.
Well why are you watching then?
@@bretroberts5013 exactly good answer.
And we're is this perfect world at your seeking. The whole country got these issues. Your statement is beyond stupid.
I think for a true change the 55+ communities should evaluate their rules. Times have changed from 20 30 50 years ago.
There’s a lot more grandchildren living with their grandparents for various reasons, one being because one has passed away, and they’re one income and elderly. Normally need some type of help and assistance.
Rules say 55+ and then occasionally there’s somebody that’s allowed 40 year old. But what about a 30 year old?
Each persons case is different. I am 62, my spouse passed away, and my 31-year-old son resides with me. I don’t drive that well any longer I have some mild physical impairments, and I do not wanna live alone. But I don’t qualify for 55+ due to my situation of both residents are not 55 or older. What times have changed a lot and there are a lot of children and grandchildren are now caring for their aging parents and grandparents and as a spouse passes away assistance is needed for the remaining spouse. Some elderly people 55 and older also care for handicap children, so they don’t qualify for 55+ even though they’re over 60 and they’re handicapped child is not. This is sad and difficult to find the right type of housing for a person situation. I wish there were a sign on the 55+ mobile home parks that says you must be 55+ with exceptions and then evaluate them on a individual basis! I can’t purchase or reside in a 55+ because of these rules.
There are all age parks for all ages. Many like myself want the peace and quiet an over 55 park is more likely to provide.
Do the residents own the park? It is my understanding that restrictions are not legal regarding the size of a pet INside a home that is not a rental.
People in mobile home parks are getting priced out of their paid off homes by the increased lot rents. What was once a few hundred is now going to thousand and up. Don’t do it! And dont put a singe wide or buy a single wide on land, you will never be able o resell it as mortgages are not allowed on single wides/land, has to be at least a double wide my lot ret has risen $300 in the past 4 years. No debt at all and i am looking at the possibility of losing it with just SS
You can move to CA and get all that, plus an earthquake during the hurricane!
Where???
price is high
Where is this? State?
Where. Is. This. Located At?
Not interested in park living and land lease. Only interested in mobiles that can be moved.
