Marcus , Grip hold On scale of 1-10 10 being the firmest . What would you estimate 5-7 or very light 2-3 . I ended up going with True Linkswear for shoes , they are minimalists, more mobility.
I don't really understand the purpose of springing up on your toes. I mean I'm sure it's intended to teach us how to use ground forces and create power, but just not seeing how that particular drill really translates to a practical golf swing. Jake Knapp has one of the most effortless powerful golf swings on tour and he doesn't spring up like that. His power comes from creating width and lead shoulder protraction. I see this drill potentially causing more problems for the amateur golfer.
Another brilliant video. I'm learning so much on how to move the body naturally in order to hit a good drives. Cheers.
He was smokin those drives 🔥🔥🔥
Mate come to Toronto !!

Does jumping with both feet cause you to stand up with early extension during the shot or having to fight to not early extend? BUELER?

There are different techniques for a golf swing . It’s all personal for every golfer and even the pros.
I don’t disagree with that, but still doesn’t help me understand how this is supposed to translate.
I wonder why your videos are NEVER HD ???
