Thank you so much for this side by side comparison, it was so helpful! Based on my weight and joint issues, I'm going to go with the Leaps & Rebounds now. Thank you!
I personally would not do that even though it says you can as the overall quality is not that great and the mat and overall bounce may feel less uniform.
This is a great review. Very thorough & detail-oriented. I'm really happy with my 40" bungee Bcan. As you mentioned in your video it does have a firm bounce which makes me feel more secure while trying out different moves. I'm 125lbs & it feels great while I jump. Im not doing extreme high jumps but do jumping jacks & other moves.
I’m watching this now! I’m very interested. Thankyou for all of this information based on your real experience. That is very valuable! I’ve watched your previous review video as well.

I’ve had the leaps and rebounds 48” pink/black. I love it so much. I can’t walk by it without jumping on it. It’s a softer bounce great for balance practice. I think I’d like another with a firmer bounce to mix it up.
I am heavier, knee arthritis pain and ankles pronate. Which one? Or should i save up and get a jumpsport? This video was one of the best i have watched. Really appreciate you reviewing the 2 entry levels i was considering.
Angie, thanks for these reviews. 2 questions: 1) I was going to buy the Leaps and Rebounds but found quite a lot of reviews stating that the plastic clips on the mat break frequently and while it is covered under warranty, it can take 2-3 weeks until a replacement mat is received. And then the same thing happens again a few months later. Have you experienced these issues? 2) how frequently do i need to plan on replacing bungees if I rebound 30+ minutes per day, weighing 170lbs and do the bungees on higher price options like jump sport longer lasting that on these budget options?
I have 3 leaps and rebounds right now and have not had this issue ever. I replace my bungees once a year but that is because I film and use mine a lot. 10% off with code ANGIEFITNESSTV for leaps and rebounds too.
Thanks! I think I’m going to get the Leaps and Rebounds due to the versatility with different bungees and warranty. Plus I like that I can logon to their website and order replacements, etc. when needed.
Fantastic cardiovascular workout, gentle on the knees, enhances core strength through balance, and a enjoyable method to get a good sweat going! My husband and I adore our new leaps and rebounds rebounder for its firm bounce and ample 48-inch surface area.
Hi Angie. Thank you for the review. I am looking to try the rebounder and like that I can get one without breaking the bank. I am 68, 5’2 and weigh 121 pounds. I am active in hiking, walking, and some biking. I’m hoping this will help with adding muscle mass and improving my lymphatic drainage. From the information you provided here, it seems that the Leaps and Rebounds may be a good fit. Do you agree? Which size would be best?
@@AngieFitnessTV thanks. I did finally get the replacement mat yesterday. We bought our Leaps & Rebounds less than 6 mos ago and within 3 months the plastic that holds an individual bungie snapped off. It took 2.5 wks for the replacement, which seemed long to me. Within 2 mos that mat developed a big rip along the seam of the skirt. It took 39 days for replacement even tho we said any color was acceptable. Hopefully we just had bad luck. Otherwise we really like this rebounder.
Thank you for this comparison. I just got the Bcan, I really like it, but have nothing else to compare it too. I do find it hurts my lower back and joints at imes as the bounce is on the firmer side and was hoping for a softer landing (I do not jump on it, but more like the health bounce and gentle walking workouts). I have lower back spinal stenosis and hip/joint pain. I can't go for walks anymore as I also have plantar fasciitis (not overweight at all, but wanting to keep active and get my steps in and it really helps). I was wondering, besides the bungees being more flexible on the L & R does teh mat itself feel different on both trampolines or do you think its teh bungees that make the difference in bounyness? I've seen that Bcan has a brand new trampoline with green thinner bungees that make the bounce softer like the L&R, but its only available in US, not in Canada.... thanks
Are you using the standard bungees on the Leaps and ReBounds bouncing/jumping demonstration portion? Or are you using some standard bungees and some soft?
I am using only the standard bungees. If you have any questions or need help join this group and private message me. facebook.com/groups/reboundingforhealth
I just bought the BCAN and know what you are saying about the harder bounce. I like the idea of customizing your rebounder though. I just wonder if there is a place where you could order softer bungee chords and customize your BCAN like you did the leaps and bounds?
the BCAN bungee comes in different bounce spaces so there is the price differences. Also, price differences come if you buy one with or without a handle. 10% off with code ANGIEFIT7A
It took about 4 weeks to receive the Leaps and Rebounds mini trampoline. I also ordered additional bungees but never received them. I emailed them 2 week ago but have not heard back from them. I would not recommend this company. Just the opinion of one actual customer.
@AngieFitnessTV I emailed Leaps and Rebounds again and, again, received no response. What is wrong with this company? How do I contact you directly for your assistance?
I heard back from Leaps and Rebounds today after sending another email threatening to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and PayPal. They claim that they do not have the replacement bungees or a replacement stability bar in stock and will not be getting a shipment in for another 2-3 weeks. They did offer to refund all if my money if I want to return everything, as long as the return falls within the 30-days from delivery window. I would love to send it all back and cut ties with this company. I should have purchased the ACON rebounder instead.
I spent $100 for a Newan bungee rebounder, and realize now it basically has no bounce. Could i use the different bungee cord idea you do, or do i need to just get one of these in the video?
No- you ca not use different bungees. You must buy another one. Reach out to me if you want guidance. I should have my reach out info in the description box or state it on the video.
