I love when a defender gets recognition like this. Defenders in general deserve way more praise but the strikers are always the ones we care about lol. Im a centre back myself so personally id rathar see good defensive play over someone kicking the ball in the net after the teams hard work haha. A defender can stop multiple goal scoring chances in a game and no one cares, but a guy gets a tap in goal and he's man of the match lol but seriously this guy has a big future
