Pah!! It’s in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, not Lincolnshire. I live 2 miles down the road so I’d my local ground! It’s excellent and a great video too! 👌👍❤
Jonny, "I'm not trying things to be better, I'm trying to understand the sport." . . . . Budding wisdom! . . . . A page out of Mr. Reinhold's book. Really good stuff.
Great video lads 👍 Orston shooting ground is about 45 minutes from my house and it’s fantastic ground, great variety and a very nice place to go shooting. I’m very much looking forward to getting back there once we are allowed to 👍
Another fantastic video guys !! With a lot of banter 👍 that ground it’s well worth a look! Like the glasses Johnny did Elton John know you borrowed them 😂
I really enjoyed this. But.... It's really made me miss my shooting. Orston is one of the places i shoot and i haven't shot in AGES!!! I WANT TO GO SHOOTING!!!!!😭
My favourite video so far. Thanks for showing different grounds. Plan to visit this one and eris well lodge just because of your great shows tyvm. Keep doing what your doing TGS. Also have purchased all my guns after your great reviews. Thanks again.
Don't be too hard on us across the pond with our gun buggies. In the world of drive through everything it is, was inevitable. As an expat Brit I was equally as dismissive until I lugged 2 guns and 250 cartridges around a rough terrain course in New Brunswick. With age telling on this poor abused body it makes my sunday shooting more enjoyable. I remember going to Oakedge with my dad who was younger than I am now and he declined to shot as he could not raise the gun high enough. Do whatever works to keep on shooting is my stand. Thanks for the tour, great stuff.
Been waiting for this and it didn’t disappoint! Please do this again when Boris says we’re all allowed to play out again! It’s also so clear why The Broken Gun is as good as it is, you’re clearly just two people that get along mint! Would love to see a Lloyd, Johnny and Ant video!
What a fantastic double act dare I say the new Morcambe and Wise or Flanagan and Allen, but that southern toff needs to harden up a bit lol!Love the show you bring light and fun into this miserable world thanks boy's.
Great video as always, and you echoed what I always say its not about what you hit or miss, it is about good company and having fun! Shame about all the adds You tube put in.
@@markwierzbicki5307 most people don't realise how little control we have over this stuff these days, and how little money we actually get out of it. 🙄
Come on "brits" - I know you left the EU and all, but you don't actually have to test that modern shotguns can shoot steel shot :D - Just ask someone who does a lot of clay shooting from Denmark or any other country where lead is banned, and we can tell you that it's no problem.. You can buy the same Yildiz in Denmark, where it will only shoot steel for it's entire life ;) Especially 24g 7 shot - you could take any 12Ga shotgun from a museum and use that with no problem :D
I feel like you two could have your own show, jon and lloyd out and about just doing day to day stuff, would be a laugh. Good work boys
Yup 👍

I always pick up a tip while watching these videos. Lots of fun. If you never have try shooting.
Brilliant lads, thoroughly enjoyed it all the way through - great banter - proper fun shooting as it should be 😎😎
Great banter & fun between you both Jonny, looks like you all had a great time. Nice clay ground as well.
Great video as always. As Lloyd said "it's about having fun", and the people you shoot with..
Damn right.
Yes, we Americans love luxury. Lol. It's even better when you have a driver for the "golf/trolley carts" lol. Love watching both of your videos!
Some of the places I shoot at are more than two miles in the layout. Golf cart is necessary !
The owls were a bit busy today 😂😂
Yeah there needs to be an owl cull.... Too much noise pollution!

You guys have to much fun shooting together. You two remind me of a comedy team of Abbott and Costello.

It’s easy: Be super tall and Hollywood handsome- Johnny
Have a micro 🐦 like Lloyd and a 20K shooter!🤦🏽♂️
Was nice meeting you two at Orston (Sorry Lloyd for not knowing your channel 🤣)
Hello TGS, if you do not mind me asking, where is this clay shooting ground basted?
It's on the Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire border, Google Orston shooting ground, it'll give you all the information you need

Hey Jonny
What is the gun you were using at the start of the shoot- is it a Miroku?
It could well be
It's a miroku mk 38 trap with a game stock and fore end
@@michaelknight153 Or maybe its a Miroku MK38 game with a Trap Rib!

A lot of Criticism about Americans and our comforts. We all have our ways. The UK is a part of our world not the center of it.
These videos are a good example of how poor you've put on a phone screen protector I'm thinking is see the clay but alas it's dust 😅
Love the content - but if ALL grounds are shut how did you get to shoot on them ???
Seeing other people so assume this was pre-lockdown #3 ??
Early December iirc.
