If I really had to though, I would get rid of the Mango trench, the one you think is too big (forget what that was), and the camel coats. The others are all beautiful, especially the red, and the beach/dog walk coat has its place x

I think you look the best in these coats:
1. Sezane vintage blue Mederick
2. Sezane white Mederick
3. Goelia chocolate brown coat
4. Sezane pink Nelson jacket
5. Goelia red coat
In my opinion you look stunning in the warmer colours [from the green short jacket to the red coat, except for the light sage trench coat] Specially in the red one!! 😊

I absolutely love the blue & navy mederick and the white coat the most, I would sell the camel coats first. I also would sell the Mango one, you will never be happy with this one. Maybe you can buy the more expensive one second hand.

Great video! T think you should keep the medericks, the khaki scott trench, the red coat, the green jacket, the pink jacket, cull some of the brown/camel wool coats, sell on the camel colour clyde and get the khaki once it comes back into stock.

Really nice collection 😊 I do think cooler colors such as stone suit you better. But I also think you can easily wear warmer colors as well. I would keep the clyde, but maybe replace it with the stone or khaki if you can snatch one. I am desperately waiting for the khaki clyde to return, the camel would not suit me at all.

Our height and measurements are very similar except I'm broader shouldered, so I've been really appreciating your videos as I build myself a wardrobe. The suede jacket from Sezane, you mentioned having size 10, is it UK or US?
I am also looking to buy a tailored coat from The Curated, which looks slimmer than the boyfriend version you have, would you still go for a size M or would you size up to L. I ask because their models are often size XS but wearing the coats in size S.

Any sizes I mention are UK unless I say otherwise so it’s a UK 10, which is a U.S. 6 ☺️
I would personally probably still go with the M although I haven’t tried that style. I’m usually always an M in coats. I hope that helps!
Hi Katie :), what’s the name of your Sezane trench coat?
I actually don't think the camel color is "bad" on you-the one with the special lining drapes nicely and the lining gives you many styling options. I think you have indicated what coats you like and should stick with those. I think the shorter coats give you versatility and if it were me, I would cull down the longer coats that you have.

Hard decision! I think you look good in the camel and I really like the Clyde trench on you. For trenches I think I would keep your Scott khaki and see if you can snag a stone color Clyde (if not keep the camel!). I honestly don't like any of the Goelia coats compared to your others and the Curated one with no belt loops is too big and what a nuisance not to have belt loops. And I LOVE the shorter dark khaki jacket on you. Now, you've inspired me to go through my coats!!

Total agree about the length of the Scott, I have the camel one and love it but a few inches longer and it would be perfect.

😢I agree that camel is not your color, the trench coat would still fit me and if you like the cut of a coat because being an outer garment you will notice it less. As for the rest, I am honestly not in favor of purging for the sake of purging, especially when you have clothes that you like and that fulfill different functions in your closet. If they were all the same cut and color I would understand but that is not your case and purging for the sake of purging always ends in buying again when several times you go to look for that garment that you used for that and you realize that you eliminated it. I'm tired of watching videos of massive purges on TH-cam "because I have to have x number of this item of clothing" in order to buy an equivalent one in both videos.

@@katie_louise Well, as I said: do not return to the Camel, ever, for you, for me, for everyone. It's not a color for everyone, I know they say: it's neutral, but not all neutrals work for all of us. Camel doesn't work for me either, luckily I realized years ago. Another thing is shoes and bags, that's a yes.
They all look good tbh, but definite keepers are blue Mederick and the red! I forgot the brand. i don't like the Mango coat or the 2nd coat which was like beige or white. The camels look great on you, but if you are selling lmk where 😁. I too am trying to save and I'm having Sezane withdrawals. Ahhhhh😫😭😫😱🤪

I’d keep the navy coat, the red one, a beige or/and white one (dark neutral, light neutral + statement coat combo) + a trench coat (or two if you want colour options) Jackets seem useful. you could pack some of these maybes away and see if you find yourself wanting to unpack them as the year goes on 👍

I think that the blue one, the camel, the navy, the red, the khaki are colours that suits you. The light beige colours kind of washes you off, but white works well 😉

I like the first two trench coats one that was rosy looking camel and camel colored. Ilred goalie coat is lovely.
You have such a beautiful collection! I love coats, but it's not very practical where I live. The taupe goelia coat is gorgeous, love the color! Also love the sezane clyde coat. I'm like you, camel just doesn't work for me 😅 Where is your clothing rack/wardrobe from? I keep noticing it in all your videos and I can't find anything like it 😖

I know you love the Mederick, but honestly it looks like a bathrobe on you and adds a huge amount of bulk. It’s really unflattering and just looking at the coat immediately after it - that one is cut much better for your shape.

Much prefer you in the toasted camel vs the light coloured classic beige trench which washes you out and is soooo common. he Scott trench looks much more polished and attractive than the Goella of a similar tone (even thought the Goellaq was, I think a cool tone brown) in any case the Scott Trench looks fabulous on you but ultimately - comfort!!!

Great video. I love the red, powder blue and taupe colours. I would ditch the camels with the exception of the tartan one which is cool. What about a summer coat like a denim jacket?
Yeah I don't have many light, summer jackets! I tend to use cotton knits for that purpose instead.
I would get rid of every single camel coat. Including the curated one. I would instead get the tailored one in the chocolate melange. I have similar coloring to you, and the camel is too warm.

Having to steam a trench coat is insane. What is it made from?
Is it? Which one? The Clyde and Scott Sézane styles are 100% cotton, cotton creases. Especially if it's crumpled on my bed for a few hours haha
