    • @BROTUNED
      @BROTUNED  ปีที่แล้ว

      Mine has pins that go through the body nothing screws on the back

    • @neilgilbert830
      @neilgilbert830 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You’d have to get creative and design and test a way to hold the rifle with the rear threads exposed while holding the tension

    Hello, how many inches is the sergeant or clamp? I mean your size. Thank you

    • @BROTUNED
      @BROTUNED  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      From the base to the bottom of the 6” clamp is 12” if I wind it all the way out the total distance is 19.5” the sides that sandwich the tube to secure it is 1 3/16”

      @@BROTUNED Entonces el sargento es de 6 pulgadas???

    • @BROTUNED
      @BROTUNED  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes it was a 6” clamp 🗜 and I cut off the bottom clamping surface to give it room for the air rifle to be compressed

    simple and easy, I like it. Going to make something like this soon since I have a beefier spring on the way for my Crosmam Phantom .22cal. Mind giving me the length of that?

    • @BROTUNED
      @BROTUNED  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, Rainy day here so went and took your basic idea. Cut a 2 foot fence board, a 3 inch piece of 2x4 for the stop and (2) 2"x5" pieces for the guides and just screwed it into the fence board. Done! Easier than I thought. Now my spring can hurry up and get here :)

    • @BROTUNED
      @BROTUNED  10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ya its a very simple design and works very well. you don't need to secure it with a piece of rope , strap, or para cord but i do recommend it. nothing would suck more than a heavy spring lodge into the forehead or something.

      Been through there a few times actually. Think on a trip camping up in Peterboroug on Rice Lake. I'm way south in Windsor.
