Islam does not teach these word from God because it's revelations in the Quran never came from the true God.

A lot of Muslims know that Jesus Christ in his native Aramaic language called out to his Lord as Ilahee or my Lord. The word Allah contains two parts - Al Ilaah - The God. Both Aramaic and Arabic are Semitic languages, and there are not much difference between the two. In Mel Gibson's Passion of Christ movie, the actor on the cross calls out in Aramaic - Ilahee Ilahee - My God, my God which is exactly the same in Arabic, and which is exactly how Muslims call out to God. Ilah - Lord or God, Al Ilah or Allah - The God. This is of no surprise to Muslims, but this may come as a surprise to a lot of non-Muslims who carry hate for Islam and Muslims for no reason, or who are just plain ignorant.

Where does the name Isa come from as used in the Quran since Arab Christians use the named Yeshua which is directly translated from the Aramaic name "Isho" since Jesus primary spoken language was Aramaic and not Hebrew were Jesus name would have been "Yeshua". But where does the name Isa or Issa come from as used in Islam?

English translations use "Jesus," translated from the Greek "Yesos". In medieval times Mohammed heard Arab Christians around him use the Greek version "Issa" when talking of Christ and he assumed that was the Arabic translation of the name, when in fact that was the Greek translation of Jesus name into Arabic.

I'll give you another example for clarity. In Surah As-Saff (61:6) where Jesus says, "And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said: O Children of Israel! I am the Messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me, and giving Glad Tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad.
In this verse Jesus(pbuh) talking about Muhammad(pbuh) by calling him Ahmad. You see Muhammad and Ahmad are actually the same name and hold the same meaning. Ahmad is the Aramaic variant of Muhammad. Just like عيسى (ʿIsà) is the classical Arabic variant of Aramaic Isho.
This Quran is a sufficient message for humanity so that they may take it as a warning and know that there is only One God, and so that people of reason may be mindful.

1. All Muslims call "Jesus" as Isa..never Jesus. It's in the Qur'an. Jesus is a westernised named as how Joseph, David or Jacob is a westernised name for the actual name of Yusuf, Daud/Dawood and Yaaqub.
2. Many adult Muslims who went to school/educated knows that "Jesus" or Prophet Isa pbuh didn't speak Greek. He spoke Aramaic - sister language of Hebrew and Arabic. Same goes with God - Allah, Elah.
3. Because of (2), that is why Christianity is offensive to Judaism and Islam because they attribute "Jesus" as partner of god when it is totally forbidden in the 10 commandments of Judaism and tauhid of Islam.

Dear Lily, we muslims know that Jesus is a prophet sent by Allah and he is mentioned in the Quran. His mother Mary has a whole chapter in Quran dedicated to her and named after her, it tells the story of his miraculous birth. Christianity and judaism is respected in Islam because we know that Moses and Jesus were prophets and they preached Islam as did Abraham peace be upon all prophets. The books and the message were a bit altered. For example Christinaty's biggest alteration was to say that jesus is god and the son of god which derails the whole religion unfortunately. While at its core it is quite similar to the original religion that should be one. Judaism's biggest problem was using usuary ( loan interest) which is the cause of greed and the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. I wish if Christians would actually learn more about their religion to find out that God is one and Jesus is only a prophet peace be upon him. May Allah lead all fellow people to Islam so they can see how beautiful and logical this religion is, it is religion of peace, meant for people to live peacefully and in a coherent society. Islam knows no race or economical level as all people all are equal in the eye of Allah the almighty and only our level of piousness. May Allah bless you Lily.

Jesus "real" name is Yeshua . Isus is a greek translation of that name, from wich the latain Jesus comes from. Jesus probably dind't call God Allah. The hebrew word for God is Elohim, so it's more likely he called God that. He also called God "Abba" , meaning father, something that goes against the teachings of Islam. While some Arab -Christians call God Allah, it is not God's name, as it is in Islam.
Many islamic teachings oppose everything Christianity teaches. Besides the fact that there is one God, there are not many similarities between Christianity and Islam.

The God in the Bible and the God in the Quaran aren't the same. As a Christian, I believe in the one true Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Muslims deny that Jesus is God's son and that Allah (their god) doesn't need a son. So although both books have many similarities, the gods cannot be the same because they both preach opposing things. The Biblical God preaches that Jesus died for our sins and was His son, the Allah of the Quaran denies that he has a son.
The Koran gives many clues as to who Allah really is. Compare Sura 16 verse 67 with Sura 5 verse 90 where Allah himself admits that he is Satan. And this is not the only passage in the Koran.

The original Bible book, which was read 2000 years ago, is the original undistorted and unchanged book, but after God raised the Prophet Jesus to heaven, priests and monks changed many of the original verses in the Bible book. Some of them even wrote verses according to their mood and desires. I still believe that the original Bible book There are still historical originals buried somewhere in one of the Middle Eastern countries more than From 2000 years ago, even the copy found in Egypt or Iraq is almost very close to the original Bible and is a surviving version of the elements and was kept inside a jar approximately 50 centimeters long.
From Aramaic, to Hebrew, to Greek, to Latin, and then finally English (or any other European language). Think of the papal idea too. The church didn’t exist during Jesus’ (Esau/Isa) time, and certainly no popes. These are all later developments, and to be honest, some of the developments stem from purely criminal, or power mongering actions. The whole idea of confession and financial contributions to buy forgiveness was originally a money making scheme that made the church and those individuals rather rich and powerful.
And then you have various movements that began like Protestantism, and later different denominations and outright separate developments like the Mormons, Jehovas Witnesses etc etc. So yeah, how could people not be so far removed from the truth and original teachings? It’s gone to such a degree that many people now don’t recognize the truth and if Jesus was to return as he’s supposed to according to all these beliefs, then who would actually recognize him and accept him? The far majority of Christians won’t even be able to recognize him, let alone follow him. Even in his own time, the majority of Jews, the people he himself was from, denied him.
Count yourself lucky for discovering this, not many do because not many will study enough, or even ask questions. The answers to where we come from, and where we’re going are put on the back burner for most, if they even ever contemplate it at all. People are busy trying to survive or build something in the here and now only, partly from necessity but also now, a lot of the times, simply to chase riches or luxury. That’s like missing the beginning and the end of a book, arguably the most important parts of any story, our own included.

As a Muslim, I have no hatred toward Christians or Christianity. What I dislike are those who exploit religion for personal gain and use it to further their own agendas "we have a lot of them also". I feel a deep sense of sorrow for my Christian friends, as I believe they are not seeing the truth due to the influence of the church. My heart aches for them because they seem to think they can live their lives without accountability, believing that Jesus (peace be upon him) will shift delete their sins because he was crucified for them.
