      Man only "makes himself unfit to be a slave" when, and only when, that "knowledge" is OF HIMSELF!
      Not any and every "knowledge" will do.
      Till then, he is "slave" to one thing or another.

      Quit the crap, dude. Your people don't care about blacks. What's happening in Palestine is a nightmare, but it's not the black man's fight. When millions died in Rwanda and Sudan and America, no middle-eastern country ever came to our aide.

    • @whatever3014
      @whatever3014 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Im NOT saying it’s a Black mans fight! Im just happy that we have the support of Black people..
      Btw the same middle eastern countries that dont care about Black people are the same fucking assholes who have seen my people suffer for decades and NOT intervened! I dont even refer to myself as being arab they never did shit for us but sponsor the very people who oppress us!
      So instead of me and you going back and forth for nothing lets focus on the very people in power who are fucking us both over..
      If you want to read about it, there was actually a solidarity between the palestinians and Black people in Ferguson during the riots called “ from palestine to Ferguson” ..

Plus it is the ONLY Jewish state in the world where the majority of people are Jews there are 20-30 countires that are majority muslim where the "Palestines" could easily feel at home the same cannot be said for Jews..

    He might've lost his position in the so-called TV stations, pretending to advocate for free speech. But he didn't lose his position when it came to telling the truth and giving an image of how truly things are in the region.

      On the matter of “he is providing a service and you are making a choice to pay for it”: Touché, she does have a choice and that’s why it matters; she could easily decide to go elsewhere. Visiting his shop simply affirms that support. It’s really simple, bruv.

      Mister Man It doesn’t. The US could opt out of trade and foreign policy with Israel tomorrow if it wanted. We help Israel because they are constant victims of Islamic terrorism coming at them from all sides trying to destroy them.
      Imagine you were one of the smallest kids at recess and you had other kids cornering you from all directions ready to attack you. You try throwing rocks at them to get them to stop but that only gets you called “terrorist”. Wouldn’t you want somebody to help you in that situation?

    • @misterman6203
      @misterman6203 5 ปีที่แล้ว +73

      Israel is not some defenseless child.
      There’s a Palestinian woman who works as a speech pathologist at a public school in Texas that was asked to sign a contract stating that she has no issues with Israel and would not boycott any Israeli company or products. Why would they try to force her to sign a contract that has anything to do with Israel here at a public school in America? She refused to sign and was fired over it. As a consumer you have the right to boycott any private company or products you like, no matter the reason.
      I get trying to protect smaller defenseless countries from terrorists but neither of these situations have anything to do with actual terrorists.
      Israel is not the defenseless child. It makes Israel look more like the bully.

    • @jaredschmidt8013
      @jaredschmidt8013 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mister Man The fact you think some random woman nobody knows about getting fired in Texas proves anything is bewildering.
      “As a consumer you have the right to boycott any private company or products you like” That’s only if you work for ANOTHER private company. Private companies cannot force their employees what to purchase. If you work for a government/public sector job (like a public school) then they CAN force you what to buy if those items are required for that job. And when it comes to teaching kids, the supplies teachers buy are usually mandated by the government.
      So what happened to that woman in Texas was not illegal.
      Israel literally has terrorism coming at it from every border. How is Israel not the victim? Had Palestinians stayed in their own land they would’ve never been attacked.

    • @misterman6203
      @misterman6203 5 ปีที่แล้ว +51

      Jared Schmidt The fact you think a country with a gdp of almost $400 billion with a military budget of almost $20 billion is a fair comparison to a defenseless child being picked on during recess is bewildering.
      I never said what happen to the lady is proof. I was just giving an example of the power that Israel has over our politicians and companies. Also, you misconstrued what I was saying about the contract and boycott, it had nothing to do with any specific product used for work. The link below will explain in more detail what happened and the laws that have been enacted to protect Israel and their companies/products.
      Even people applying for repair grants after Hurricane Harvey had to sign a form saying that they would “not boycott Israel during the term of this agreement” or they
      would be denied. Very strange.
      Obviously this is only a tiny sliver of the influence that Israel holds over America. Americans should have the right to free speech and the right to protest, criticize, or boycott any country or company without the threat of retaliation or punishment of any kind. Israel owned companies or products should be no different but it is and I find that quite strange.
      I think the lady and others that are being retaliated against by our own government for even criticizing Israel, a superpower, are the victims. Not Israel.

Palestinians have been backing Marc Lamont Hill, they made a petition to ensure the University he works for won't fire him, they wrote an open letter to CNN condemning them and Palestinian journalists in America AND in Palestine have made a solidarity campaign with him. You're nuts if you think we don't appreciate his solidarity. He has been invited to speak at Palestinian events and rallies for the past couple of years. We have always appreciated him.
    Furthermore, asking if Palestinians are going to hire him is so laughable. Please show me one American media company or channel owned by Palestinians? Lmaoo! This entire debacle happened BECAUSE the media doesn't want any Pro-Palestinian messages. We don't own the media. American media does not represent us or give us opportunities to represent our cause. But regardless, Marc has an amazing position at Temple University. He will continue to inspire the youth there!

      @Cool C Professors with tenure can be strong-armed into resigning though. It happens all the time.
      "Tell them to go to the UN and advocate for reparations for descendants of slaves" Lmao with all due respect this is idiotic, especially when the state of Palestine has been fighting for recognition at the UN to even be allowed to vote on resolutions, (such as what you suggested). Because of Palestine not being recognized as a state (thanks to America), they are not allowed to vote or even sponsor resolutions. However, that does not mean they have not supported Pro-Black groups or revolutionaries.
      Marc referenced it in the interview, but there has been a long relationship between the Palestinian Liberation Organization and the Black Panthers. They held many council meetings in the past, collaborated on scholarly research and even trained one another in resistance fighting. Palestinians translated the Panther newspaper and circulated it around Palestine and TBPP did the same.
      TH-cam a video titled: "Dhoruba & Danea Black Liberation, Palestine & Zionism" he describes in great detail the relationship he witnessed between Palestine and the Black Panther party while he was a member.

    I come from a Palestinian family and I just sold some land I inherited from my dad. The reason I was able to do it is because I have the deed to the land given to our family by the Ottoman Empire authorities, about 100 years before Israel was created. I still have land to my name I've inherited from my mother. It'd be a nightmare if Israel, or Israeli settlers, took over it on the pretext this is their "Holy Land" and God gave my land to them. But that's what Israel and Israeli settlers have done to millions of other Palestinians: Start a conflict in the name of God and when you respond to it your land is taken away. I truly don't understand how the US Government has gone along with just about everything Israel has done throughout all these years, dishing out over $85 billion in aid to that country. So, what "river to the sea" means is about all the private property we Palestinians have in that entire area and how we are trying to protect it. Mr. Lamont is absolutely right in what he's saying and how I wish Americans would understand that.

      The US wanted a semi white arm into the Middle East. As did Britain when they made the treaty in 1917. It is a part of white supremacy.
      The biggest army in the world arms one of the biggest armies in the world. The US goes with Israel to have a military, skin tone, and cultural spear into the ME.
      The US and it’s old white allies have for centuries or longer hated Blacks and Muslims. It’s been a war and they use Israel to do it.
      Look how Israel acts. Yes, they defended themselves from war, yes they were attacked, but how did they get there in the first place.
      Hitler wanted to move them to Madagascar. Hitler was a evil psycho and I do no support him at all but, Madagascar is an island, and Israel is a spot right in the middle.
      Yeah, it’s a play, it’s a rule, it a strategy. America is willing to watch our brothers in Palestine burn so they can extend their wing of white supremacy.
      Edit: Also, Israelis, their citizens and government where hating Ethiopian Black Jews. Fellow Jews but not the same hue. So, I am not surprised how Israel is acting. Especially now.
      Best of luck to you my brother. I hope you and yours are safe.

      Spending time with one of the families who owned the lease to the WTC doesn't qualify you to know everything about the inner workings on what happened on September 11th.

    Props to breakfast club for getting this guy on,if in any walk of life you come into contact with something that so moves you that you are compelled to speak out(even if knowing a price will be paid) it is seen as honourable,as was the case I'm sure when Mark wrote of the attacked synagogue,and raised money for it's rebuilding,yet the one thing you'll quickly find is off limits to speak on(if not gushing in praise for this) is Zionism,and Israel,at this point though they've labeled so many ppl (who are not) antisemitic (but seen an injustice they felt must be addressed) it is becoming less the all conquering power of shutting down such ppl instantly that it once was.
    That is purely down to overuse,thus more are seeing the absurdity, and refusing to be shut down,but instead of acknowledging this the Zionist controlled msm will tell us the rise of those speaking out is correlated to a huge rise in antisemitism.
    I seen an interview once with a lady who once held high office in Israel,she said in the interview when asked a question related to this topic something to the effect of we use the anti semitism labels as a tool,it's a trick we always use it,in Europe we say they are Nazi's,in America we say anti Semites,and it works very well for us.
    That's very close to an exact quote,in tone,and wording,so yes they use it to shut down anything negative ever being said against them(have destroyed lives,and careers aplenty for daring)but what's insane is they have such a grip on politics because of their lobby group's such as aipac,and their mega donor's(on the right/left Sheldon Adelson Trump's money man etc) that in America alone(the land of the free,home of the brave) they've had law's placed on the books that make it illegal to be part of boycotting Israel,ppl that were caught up by the biggest storm to hit America in decade's literally had to sign a contract to get aid,and it was in part a declaration that you enter this agreement willingly,and you are only given the aid once you do(so ergo it can't possibly be a free will choice) and it in part says you can't express the freedom the nation was built upon(and that I hear so called patriots going on about defending at all time's against any foe) taken from you when at your most desperate,and in need of aid to rebuild.
    Others have been required to sign an agreement to get a job, that is to declare that you won't have anything to do with criticism of Israel,or taking part in anything that does, this is unknown to most in America,and where are the patriots?
    Silent,because many of them are Christian,and have been brainwashed to believe the Schofield Bible,which was written on behalf of the Zionist,for this very reason,the patriots(if they are truly,but feel conflicted over their religious views) should get another Bible or two and contrast them with the new one,see if you don't find you've been manipulated with those changes,or if in the absence of Schofield you would have been taught religion as you were,I'm betting if truly seeking truth you will be left with an inconvenient truth,but truth non the same.

    Very true about the Israeli police forces training US police. During the Ferguson uprising, Palestinians provided Black Americans advice on how to deal with police forces, knowing that they would use the same exact tactics that Israelis use on them. Their oppression is directly linked to ours and no one if free until we are all free.

      He's giving very misleading and one-sided information about the Israel/Palestine conflict. Plus, the controversy he' created for himself started when he used a slogan that is very famously a genocidal terrorist organization's slogan.

    • @abrahamhoffman4917
      @abrahamhoffman4917 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@pdv1513 First off, thank you for having an open mind.
      For example, he says that the conviction rate of Palestinians in Israeli military courts is 99%. What he doesn't tell you if you're acquited in an Israeli military court, the Israeli government pays back your attorney's fees and damages. For this reason, prosecutors only bring cases that they are really sure they will win.
      He talks about "admissions boards" where neighborhoods can bar people from buying houses in the area. He doesn't mention that the law only applies to towns with fewer than 400 families in two small areas in Israel. There is also no evidence that the law is being used to keep Arabs out. Israel is about 20% Arab and they have the same rights as Jewish Israelis. The community boards can just as easily be used by Arabs to keep Jews out of the area, by non-religious Jews to keep out religious Jews, etc.
      There's a lot more, but I'm too lazy to go through it all. I might write a long comment going through each point he makes. The point is, he's not being intellectually honest in the interview. Again, thanks for having an open mind.

    • @pdv1513
      @pdv1513 5 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      @@abrahamhoffman4917 Feel free to provide additional perspective on his points when you are energized. I will say, that the man at least isn't spewing hate and sounds like he is trying to bring light to an issue (i.e the mistreatement of many Palestinians) that deserves consideration. And yes, open minded people still exist. :)
