All speculation, no news information.
The Il-76 was manufactured in 1970s and is armed, with two guns in a rear turret.
Being approx. 50yo plane, it could have crashed because of mechanical fault(s).
Since it is armed, there is no reason to complain if the enemy at war had shot it down.
(Fortunately Afganistan is too far away or else Ukraine might also be blamed for Russian plane crash in Afganistan)
Plain crash has many causes…it is not necessary shot down…..media must change the question..if kviv is not connected the plain crash incident…what is the cause of plain crash?
