I like to pair Nowhere to Hide with Surveillance and Oppression on Spirit. Not much regression with Oppression but you get a ton of info on regressing gens, which usually amounts to the same thing on a fast killer like Spirit.
@@TheScreamMachine Yes, true, and the skill check on Oppression is kinda worthless against decent teams. Surge/Jolt has a similar synergy with Surveillance. Infectious Fright less so, but it still works well with the build, and since survivors are so quick to DC these days, I tend to stay away from regression perks altogether. Even decent teams tend not to realize you have a Surveillance-based build until it's too late. Ya know, I always liked Surveillance, but as a Pig main, I found that Pig was just too slow to full exploit it. Now that I'm playing Spirit, I absolutely love Surveillance-based builds. I almost always know where at least one survivor is within phasing distance. She's a a lot of fun.
@@EleaticStranger You make a strong case for Surveillance! It's a perk I haven't given enough of a chance but it's definitely underrated. Eventually I'll make a video with it, and when I do I hope you'll enjoy it!
I really liked this video, I just found you recently and have really liked your videos. They feel very helpful and informative, though I don't have a lot of perk unlocked yet on killers. I look forward to trying them out!
Thank you! I have been considering doing a couple videos on which killers are worth buying for new players who need good perks. Would a video like that interest you at all?
@@TheScreamMachine Definitely! That would be super useful. I'd also be interested to know which of the free killers to level up first for their perks. Keep up the good work, the videos are great! 👍
My fav build on Bubba is Trails of Torment, Nowhere to hide, Plaything, Bamboozle. Never thought about using nowhere to hide outside of Nurse, Blight, Huntress and Billy.
There's a bit of dis-synergy between pop and grim embrace's 4th stack for sure, and a tiny bit with grim and nowhere, but I figured that grim's slowdown was both strong enough while also being temporary to be worth running, especially since it kicking people off of generators long enough for you to get nowhere to hide value is something that'll happen pretty consistently. There's definitely a strong argument for running other slowdown instead. The main problem is that most slowdown doesn't synergize with the need to kick gens other than the regression perks of overcharge and call of brine, and both of them have been nerfed to near uselessness. Sloppy's short duration leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth but it's a solid option. I mentioned the scourge hook perks in the final thoughts but specifically didn't want to use them since it's just too easy to stick them in every build and pain res also doesn't synergize too well with nowhere to hide. Thrilling tremor's short duration also means it fits in fine but you could swap that for bbq very easily.

That sounds like a fun combo. I just really hate the oppressive (sorry) cooldown on oppression. There's no reason for it to be that long.

you plan finish the three knight perks with face the darkness soon?
I want to mix things up a bit so there will be a couple other killers first before the final Spirit the Knight build.
I think these perks really don’t go well together at all. They tend to cancel each other out many times instead of synergize with each other.
