Depending where you live you may have troubles with bits of circular chromed trim that are stuck on with limescale, I've found the spanner that is effectively a loop of rubber works brilliantly to crack them open and is easy to use in confined spaces. Once loosened they are usually just hand tightened . If you use any form of metal traditional spanner or wrench you will damage the chrome etc also good for the filter end of taps which can get blocked and restrict flow , not always obvious that they unscrew!
Great, but what about the diverter?? I can't find any info and the cartridges are NOT the problem. It's the diverter and there is nothing on the website or here as to HOW to remove the spout. It's too expensive to screw up. Why is this not provided in the instructions, since it needs to be replaced occasionally?
My faucet turns off when I turn the water on too fast, I hear what sounds like a flapper shutting, am I able to take apart the faucet and clean it? When I hit the kitchen sink with my hand I hear a clunk in the water will come back on

Hrllo. In the instructions you write do not use scouring agents, organic solvents or ach cleaners, limescale removers, household vinegar or cleaners containin GB ecetic acid for cleaning. In Israel there is no grohe cleaning spray
Hello! Signature Hardware only recommends using mild cleansers, or distilled white vinegar for hardwater buildup on our faucets. We do not carry Grohe fixtures or have any recommendations for cleaning them. We recommend reaching out to Grohe directly regarding your Grohe fixture.
Thanks man, I fixed my mom's sink, now I don't have to get kicked out of the house.
Excellent. Shouldn’t have to buy a new cartridge every time there is a leak! You saved me time and money!
I used white vinegar and rinsed. Then used superlube, a silicone based lubricant on o rings and anywhere I could get it. Worked like a charm.

I would assume it's a similar process to the video I posted. I'm going to try it on my neighbors tomorrow.
