@@samiam8114 it's very enjoyable. We watch the dragon bridge spitfire and water out every single weekend from our patio. Not only that but dragon bridge views go for that same price or maybe $20 more a month. So for me if I'm going to pay that price I need that view. Myself I'm a person that needs to feel happy and spacious when in my apartment.
@samiam8114 I agree as far as going down to the dragon bridge in person. But what I'm saying is my 40th story view of the whole city including the amusement park the mall the lights all across the city and then the dragon bridge the lighting up every weekend makes it something that I don't want to miss for only 20 bucks extra a month it's not worth it to lose it. The floor that you seen wasn't even on the 15th floor meaning it's 30 floors lower than where I live. The view is 100% different and like I said for only $20 a month I can get a dragon bridge view. It's not worth it
@1greenMitsi not really a status symbol but I'm so used to my amazing view. And for only $20 a month more I can have that view in a higher floor. No reason to rush into a place I'm not 100 percent satisfied with over $20.
50 SqM 1 Bedroom for $315 is a Great size unit for the price. The Bridge View isn't a deal breaker for me. The $197 unit would be Great for a person exploring The City on a exploratory trip.
It's a great deal for that price and size. The only issue was that it's just a 1 month deal. After 1 month you would have to move out since they are doing remodeling. 😔
The 2 bedroom upstairs is exactly the same layout as our current apartment (we live at the same building) and most people have seen our current apartment. But I can shoot a video soon of our apartment soon. 👍
Yea you can definitely get way Lower for example me and my gf total bills (everything included all bills) are right at $800 a month. If we downgraded to a 1 bedroom our monthly bills for all expenses would be right around $550.
Hi buddy ...Do you know if your building has any vacancy? I am also looking for something like yours... month to month, no deposit and dragon bridge. Tks . .... Leo
@@jjtomkin9470 there's always places to rent here. There's no central place to look since all condos are individually owned. But it's very hard to find a place month to month with no deposit. I got very lucky and negotiated very hard with the owner themself. Not an agent. It's hard to find that deal especially now. But if you can find an actual owner and negotiate then it's possible.
I appreciate you watching it and appreciate it even more of commenting on the video. Hopefully you enjoyed it and you can see what it's like to travel and live out here in this nice city. 👍👍
Hiya Will, I’ve been in Saigon for 5 nights. I love the second apartment one is it’s charm is the ceiling curve above the kitchen. Very cool and it’s price. And I like the washing machine ‘s room. maybe I can call you and talk to u about somebody that drives a motorcycle and could be like a humble personal assistant, bargainer, cook etc. Thanks Will for ur inputs !
I liked the 2nd place too. The only downside was that it was just a 1 month rental. So basically you rent for one month and then you would have to move out as they would be doing remodeling. 😢
The place LUNA has a terrible location for the mini split condenser: It will fill up the balcony space with excessive heat and migrate back into the apartment through the glass surfaces. Condensers should always be where there’s adequate ventilation. I teach refrigeration theories, principles and applications
@@abhinavpe so every unit has a different owner. For example my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom at muing thanh is 14 million vnd ($550) for rent. The 1 bedroom you seen in this video is 8 million ($315 per month)
I like the 1st apartment. If you could negotiate it down to 7m I would take it. 2nd apartment has amazing price for 5m. But only 1 month availability is a deal breaker.
Yep exactly the same thought process I had. I would take the first place if it just had a view of the dragon bridge. I would even be okay taking the dragon bridge view for 8 million but sadly the hotel blocks it. I would even take the 5 million place at the end of the video but sadly it's only available for one month before construction.
I've been here in this city for over a year and a half and I think honestly that's the cheapest best value I've ever seen for an apartment. When you factor in the neighborhood the size the amenities and the price
Second place is good deal and decent size bit outdated but Clean but you could move out next month and save some money and fhave more time to find a better place
I'd like that place and I probably would have stayed there but the problem is only one month which would end up causing a bigger problem. Because not only would we lose the amazing place that we have now but then I would be back to square one of trying to find the perfect place which we can't even find now except for the fact we would be out of our two-bedroom apartment now and then on top of that we would lose the apartment that you've seen in the video as well putting us in a worse situation than what we have now even.
@@acaciomadeira5147 Yes that's practically how it works here I've been lucky enough to never have to do a deposit but in general yes that's how it works.
Definitely good prices. The problem was each had one deal breaker for me. The first apartment didn't have the dragon bridge view which I really need at this apartment especially if I'm going to leave my perfect apartment that I have now. The second one was a great price but only had a one month rental before they started construction. 😢

Why do you need a dragon bridge view? As a tourist I can understand but living there I certainly wouldn't care.
