- Today I will show you a simple and healthy soup recipe that helped my roommate lose weight! My neighbor lost 10 kg in a month! She only ate bean soup for dinner! Just replace your dinner and lose weight! No diets! It all depends on proper nutrition! Lots of vitamins and few calories!

Recipe:
4 celery stalks
1 carrot
3 onion
1 peel parmesan cheese
1 bay leaf
1 liter (4 cups) water
olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried paprika
2 cans of white beans
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
zest of 1 lemon
juice from half a lemon
Parmesan

You don't need to eat the same meal every day to lose weight, just calculate the calories of the meal and stay within the amount you need to have deficit of calories to lose weight, how boring. Maybe a couple of times a week.
If you lose weight by eating the same meal every day, you will just regain the weight when you stop eating that meal every day.
Sometimes it can help for the short term to eat the same thing for a few days in order to break certain bad eating habits. But it takes discipline and determination to NOT go back to the same old ways of eating. If someone doesn’t have enough determination to not return to old habit that caused them to gain weight in the first place, then no diet is going to work.
