Until the session before the bunker, if the therapist says, "I'm almost disappointed that you're still alive, after what you've put me through." You have unlocked the secret boss. Choose the final therapy season in Bunker Pt 2 to fight the secret boss.

Nope, normal ending is you just beat the shit out of him in cutscene and injected more Chronos for us ( Zero ) and leave, this ending require more and more stuff to unlock
