I've heard to be weary of some of the building co's in the San Tan area due to "fast and not great" structures. Any insight ? This may apply to stuff build 5-8 yrs ago vs. new developments . Regardless, has made me weary of the area.

The houses have gone up since this was last posted. I have been looking in this area and I have not seen any thing under 400,000.
The area has appreciated pretty fast this past year. Florence, AZ now has some of the most affordable homes in the South East Valley right now.
