Plan on moving to Gilbert, AZ from my home state of NJ in 2 years. These videos have been really helpful. My girlfriend and I will be visiting this August to get a first hand look at the area. I've never been anywhere remotely close to AZ or any other southeast part of the US in my life before, so I am very excited. I would like to get in contact with you during that time, it would be great if you were willing to meet with us and go over some questions we had. The real estate seems so different over there, with all the subdivisions and HOAs etc etc. Full disclosure, we aren't going to be immediate buyers, but we have fairly certain time frame and it would be great to choose a realtor we like ahead of that time. Hey there! I feel the residents here are very young and progressive. I don't think you'll have any problems and would be welcome. My sister in law is a mixed ethnicity family and they feel very welcome in the area.
I live in Queen Creek and I feel that there is little, to no racism here. There is many diverse cultures living here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I think you’re family would really like it here a lot. I’ve lived all over the Phoenix area and Queen Creek is my favorite place. It’s beautiful and it’s the “up and coming” area in my opinion. It’s the new Scottsdale but, without the Scottsdale attitude.
