I wish I knew the ingredients that are added. Sometimes I’ve been able to guess, and when they are given, I’ve been mostly right. Mostly is not good enough. I know what ingredients is taste like, I’m always trying to add new experiences of flavors and seasonings to my memory. Sometimes it’s difficult to translate raw flavors when they are mixed with other ingredients. Example: fish sauce, does not taste good, but when added to different dishes, it is heavenly and makes a difference. To know whether a fish sauce is good, you have to translate the flavor, and know what the good fish sauce does taste like. When something is added, it looks like soy sauce, it could be fish sauce, also, there’s different types of soy sauce. I recently became aware of this, and I have found that the black bean soy sauce, is often superior in the soy wheat soy sauce.

Yellow powder-sweet yellow pumpkin. White powder-salt and sugar but the white liquid-have no idea. Seller said that they don’t use any kind of chemical product.
