My doctor was explaining where the incision needed to be made and eye balled it, drawing a line in marker. She then said “well I guess I better measure properly with you [the med student] watching.” She grabbed a ruler and was less than 1/2 a centimeter off, Well within the appropriate parameters for the incision to be placed. She explained “when you do this procedure several times a day, several day per week for as long as I have, you get good at eye balling it” She’s an older white woman.
I’ve never seen such a creative cake like this before. I’m sure it’s delicious, too. Your cake-making skills are my inspiration. Sorry, I’m taking ideas from you.

I'm not a professional baker, so I'm quite surprised at how roughly they handle all these cakes after they're done! 😳 I'm always very careful with mine... maybe it's just me 😆
