Some of the greatest scholars in the US are of indian descent. I guess the smart people flee the insanity.
Facts.
Its funny to watch them struggling .guess you were surprised seeing trucks changing lanes..lol drive in india for a year and your a Pro .. :)
People often say Indian drivers can drive anywhere else in the world. Not exactly. Indian drivers can SURVIVE anywhere else in the world. Not sure about the others on the road tho.
I feel like Jeremy’s deep, bellowing narrating voice, along with the music, is good for setting the intense mood of the chaotic and dangerous drive.
haha you guys have balls driving in my country just like that, i'll give you that.
This is literally the best road in India the worst you won't survive for a kilometer 😂
Now highways is India is much different then before.
Bs there are sudden pathholes on highways.
1:32 Overtaking From the left in a right hand drive car and making the already deadly road deadlier 😁
I drove through Indonesia with motorbike for three months, i survived but you can not imagine the traffic. It's not that the roads are dangerous, it's the people driving on it
Kudos to the drivers for taking such a risk.
1:35 look at that, hammond in racing movie scene
I'm am an Indian and its been almost 11 years since the upload of this video. I can say for sure this is one of the safest Indian roads. You haven't seen the dangerous roads of India yet. If you learn to drive in India you can drive anywhere in the world. That's how bad the road condition and people in India are.
Glad I live in the civilized clean country of Canada with safe roads.
OH yeah. I really want to die soon. wtf?
Oh yeah... Come to India once and you will have the experience of a lifetime....
***** You forgot #YOLO at the end of your statement.
Boooring life.. the same as in Finland etc.
Diversity FTW!
So you want to live in a country with shitty unsafe roads?
I hate driving beside trucks :(
waffle much?
Driving next to trucks is fine unless you live in a shit country called india
I don't know, the amount of trailers the ozzies put on their trucks kinda freak me out, and that would probably be a little scary to drive alongside at night, mind you though, theirs might be properly lit
You are right. Here's is the proof why you hate driving beside trucks th-cam.com/video/deqo6pNxPDo/w-d-xo.html

I was laughing out loudly watching this episode, boys you haven't seen the bad roads yet...HA HA HA
wow , things are improving a lot now ... last year I was doing 190 kmph on yamuna expressway with my family and that felt 💯% safe in my 5/5 ncap star rated Ford ... and well built expressway ...
Looks like NDTV learnt filming and reporting style from BBC!
'I mean ganesh look at that'

"i wonder How much else we missed last night"
HAHAHAHAHAHA EPIC!!!!!!
Richard Hammond looks so much better with short hair
Based on the comments here, the worst part is the situation doesn't seem to be improved over the last 9 years.
@31-Ketan G I don't judge, just plainly state what I saw. What does that hurt your feeling?
Idk what comments are you seeing. But trust me as a person born and raised in India who lives here to this day, the situation is A LOT better nowadays than it was all these years ago. Many roads are on par with the American road infrastructure
It has massively improved here in india now
I've lived in New Delhi, I've visited the South, and my brother is in a college in the South. I know the conditions of India all over. Even big roads that don't have many bumps and seem good do not generally meet what the average standard for the rest of the world is. I've noticed that even highways are a bit bumpy. The reason I feel disappointed is that I am currently living in Ab Dhabi, a place built on desert sand, and it's completely perfect with regards to it's roads. India has no excuse.
Unlimited oil money ?
Damn not even here in Indonesia is that bad lol
Haha true that! Indonesia is quite close though. I've experienced a few hair-raising drives between Jepara, Surabaya, Karaaksan and Situbondo. I love it!
Agree
This is 10 years old. New government has improved road infrastructure to new level
"What a monumental bellend he is." - Jeremy Clarkson
I got this recommended after 9 years ; and now the roads are a lot better 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
