Good morning dear Kripal- It’s fab to watch the gorgeous couple that too on a Sunday Vlog 💐💐 So you really saved the best for the last - The Leela series 👍Kudos to Chef Farman Ali for getting some lost historical cuisine on the Falak menu 🙏🙏 Green peas tart presentation with the guava chutney was impeccable 👌 Is the Dastan E Goi more of a degustation menu ? What a fab idea to have a chef coming to explain the history of each of the dishes ( a delight for foodie lover ) 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The Hara Bhara Kebab indeed looks interestingly different and your review validated it 😋 Lot of thinking and love has gone behind curating and executing the menu - kudos to all the chefs 🙏 Their Special Tandoori dish got the nod from our dear Kripal - so it’s a must try for a FL to visit Falak 👍 Wow what an array of Kebabs - be it the Tandoori Seekh Kebab , Galauti kebab or the delicate Kandhari Paneer Tikka ( Stuffed Malai Paneer with Khoa and nuts ) - simply mouth watering 😋😋 The way the chef explained the flavour profile of a condiment like chutney speaks volumes about Falak . The main course was a visual treat and loved the expression and smile on Boss’s face especially when she savoured the veggie dishes - for example the Soya Chaap 👌👌 Bharva Gucci sounds as fashionable as it looks - Some of the close up shots of the dishes especially the main course was a visual treat and virtually popped out of the TV . Reminds me of the query posed by Mr Vidyarthi on when would technology aid viewers not only to watch but also savour the cuisine along with passionate FLs like you . The Atta Chicken was also unique - Phew That Nihari - fall of the bone 🍖 is to live for and visit Falak 😋😋 The presentation of the decadent dessert platter was awesome 👍 Overall a simply brilliant and awesome Vlog - Thoroughly enjoyed it dear Kripal 👍👍👍
This Vlog is arguably one of the best vlogs if we compare it with the other fine dining vlogs

Sir, I admire you a lot and look for your videos every day. Because of your instant NO SCRIPT storytelling and the way of marketing.
Even hardcore fans will be frustrated if an actor chooses the same script for more than two movies. But your endless MASALA DOSA episodes are still hitting the mark because of your stories.
I believe that soon people will invite you to give lectures in the IITs and IIMs.

Kripal ji, your episodes have such a broad spectrum! Expansive! On one end, you feature the smallest of small roadside hole-in-the-wall eateries to these absolutely elite-ostentatious-high class dining places on the other end! In those small eateries the humble customer and his family eat their fill in Rs 300 - 400 (even less perhaps) and then, we have these places where that customer may have to spend a month's salary (and more) for one meal! And the elite customer who eats in these Falak type of places will not eat in those small eateries even in his dreams... Nay, nightmares! But perhaps this is what makes your channel unique! You keep surprising the viewer! 👍 While your humble viewer will eat in the small or medium eatery to satisfy his hunger and add a little happiness in his life, the obscenely rich viewer eats at these elitist places to satisfy his ego and add status in his life!!

And thank you Kripal for eating with your hands that's the right away and even I don't shy away from doing that even in five stars. Mr. Singh is so enthusiastic. Will definitely visit this restaurant on my next visit to Bangalore. And have a long list from your videos needless to say that. Bangalore's food culture owes you a big thank you

Funny how the chefs were constantly mentioning in detail that they are sourcing ingredients for the recipes from the state it belongs to like flour from punjab... But as soon you mentioned the fish is sole and not singhara or surmai they took a sharp u-turn and said they cant source it from punjab. I know its tough to source it from punjab bt thats what these five star hotels charge you for.
Also, nihari seems fine, not authentic though... but next time kripal sir try nihari with ginger and sabz mirch toppings along with a squeeze of lemon... These are the must have condaments along with nihari...
