BMW High Beam Assist retrofit F32 435i - stalk repair

In this video I am reconstructing a damaged steering stalk with parts of my existing stalk. I will replace the clock spring and install it back in the car.
This is the start of a long list of projects to this car.
- HBA retrofit (option 5AC)
- KAFAS2 retrofit (option 8TH, 5AS)
- NBTevo retrofit
- ATM module retrofit
- Head up Display retrofit. (option 610)
- Digital cluster (option 6WB)
As always, all of these will be made as closer to OEM way as possible.

Your videos are so compreensive that one can find only few like this. THanks for the share.
I've also found one from ebay but I'll probably swap the whole SZL itself. So strange that I found it for 110$. Man, but just a cable for a top view camera, or a side view camera can cost 200+. I don't understand what's behind that pricing policy.

Yeah eBay pricing is a little bit out of control. But definitely you need to negotiate pricing

I'm hoping to achieve what you tried first. I can't find a replacement SZL with the right combination of stalks (need the high beam assist AND rear wiper on opposite stalk).
