I bought my gsxf750 a few days ago i didnt drive a bike 8 years long because life and i am verry happy its a blueish grey colour and maybe will buy some handlebars
Enjoyed the vid, recently brought a 2003 GSKF love it, one problem I have found is the blinker lights on the dash are near impossible to see when the suns at your back but that's it, looking forward to watching you work on the bike and picking up some more ideas 👌👌👌
@@watersoilsun847 Yah it can kind of be annoying... and definitely something you don't want to mess up! I haven't done too much electrical, main thing was wire in a USB outlet for charging my phone. I highly suggest that if you plan on going for long rides. I'll get a video up soon going over all the modifications done!
Currently ride a 1998 Bandit 600 I kinda want the 750 motor for my bandit but also thinking the Katana would just be a nicer bike for long distance runs
You might get a little better wind protection with the Katana. But the Bandit 600 still has good power, personally probably not with the 'upgrade' considering they are almost the same bike. If anything you can probably sell your Bandit 600 and buy a Katana 750 for almost the same price.
I have same year Katana. Yours looks nice and clean. Love the lights mods and I have been considering same. Interested in that single seat cover (jumped out in video thumbnail). I subscribed so I can keep an eye on mods you do.
Thanks, it's very clean for the age! I will do a follow up video soon now that it's on the road and all the mods are done. Yes It looks great, just need it painted! Purchased from Ebay, believe the sellers name was andy2020113
I really hope you answer me bro, I am looking to get a seat cowl for my 1998 GSX 750 but I literally can’t find any anywhere. I looked eBay, Amazon, local fb marketplace.. I am in Ontario canada
Okay I did some digging.... looks like the guy that used to make them from the UK doesn't have any listed anymore. His Ebay Username is andy2020113 and his email is andybarker4@icloud.com. Hopefully you can track one down!
Just curious where u got your phone mount?I got an 01 katana and I been looking for types to install on mine.... Thanks great vid and very Informative 🙌
Thank you! I still need to record an updated video with the bike, hopefully will do that this weekend showing all the mods. In this video I just had some basic Amazon mount that was garbage.. I ended up getting the Bar Mount from LifeProof. It is really sleek and compact, it managed to fit on the clipons by the brake reservoir. I just made sure to epoxy the clip onto my phone case so it doesnt go anywhere. It's a dirt cheap mount that works awesome! I'll put it in my update video this weekend.
@@Nicks_Shop sweet man! I'll sub your channel...I look forward to more videos in the future....thanks for the info on the phone mount. I'll look into it.
The Windscreen is from a Ninja 500EX - check Katriders.com for a tutorial or google it. Basically you just trim down the windscreen and it will fit on the Katana's. Gives it a sportier look like you mentioned.
Hey, Nick TH-cam is a hard taskmaster I love it. Looking forward to watching your channel grow I just subscribed. I am also in Ontario Looking to do a moto meet-up with other vloggers this summer. Stay tuned to the channel. Looks like you have a big list of new parts your bike will ride amazing with all those mods. Check out our Sunday live stream. Nice looking Bike! Ride safe
Thanks Kev! I've actually been following your channel for a bit and finally decided to make my own and document my journey. Definitely would love a meetup this year, I'm just in between London and Windsor 👍 i will keep my eyes peeled on your channel.
Remove that rear fender ..put integrated brake light w signals inside.chamge head lights to halo angle eyes.take off that seat cover wow..ugly..nice start tho...u still have a shit load of mods u don't have yet...my pic is my 06 katana600 every thing possible from nuts to frame sliders built in ...
I got a great deal on it - lots of the items were maintenance anyway.. Brakes, fork seals, fork and shock springs, brake lines needed to be replaced etc. First Motorcycle and it's been fun!
custom kicks so what your saying is that you can only put monies into a bike that you think is Fast & Lite? So many dumb so called rules and thinking in the Motorcycle Game.
Nick you still here bro ?
Cool...found the first video and want to encourage you to keep up the vlogging and content. Gave the channel my support brother. Keep it up.
Appreciate the support, just subbed to you as well! Ride safe!

Yes they are kind of hard to see.. I plan to swap them all for LED at some point, apparently that helps quite a bit!
@@Nicks_Shop Thanks! look forward to seeing your mod electrical stuff is not my strength, going to do the head light as well👍👌

Can you shed some light on the rear shock you used? Fellow Canadian 02 gsx600f katana rider myself
It's the stock 750 shock, which is adjustable, I just swapped the spring out for my weight.
hey nick where did you finde them red breaklines ? best regards from denmark
These were Core Moto brake lines
